Ive found that lysine really does help decrease the frequency and severity of cold sore outbreaks. Ive tried several different brands, and this one is one of the easiest to swallow. The pills are big, and there seems to be no way around that no matter what brand you by. But these are coated a little, and the ends are a little tapered, so I can swallow them without fear of choking. I just bought my second bottle and am pleased and recommend them.

I take this for my acne and it helps keep it at bay. I developed acne after our son was born and this supplement helps keep my skin clear if I take it regularly, which is a life saver for me because who has time to deal with acne? Not me. I’m not sure it works for all kinds of acne, but it did for me. Check with your dermatologist first though.

My mouth REALLY appreciates this product. I tend to get canker sores when I eat acidic foods, so avoid those as much as possible. A recent favorite flavored water contained, of course, citric acid and my gums and the roof of my mouth had ulcers and were not healing. Thought I would give Lysine a shot. The biggest ulceration had healed ina few days. THAT hadnt happened before. Yes, everyone is unique but my mouth is EXTREMELY grateful for this product.

This Lysine product works great. Very effective at keeping ulcers away. Much better than other brands I’ve used for this. I’ve tried several others and keep returning to this Lysine. It really does work.

I love this stuff, when I felt a little sick, popped 2 of these in the morning and afternoon and it works quick..Will order again. Update..I was asked a question and didnt have an answer, but I found it I bought in Nov and expiration in 04/21.. This bottle has 360 capsules. I did experiment and didnt take consecutively for two weeks and boy my immune system went haywire. My allergies kicked in so bad. I started taking 6 a day for a week and it calmed down. Now, Im down to four now. I learned you can build a tolerance in your body so you can go to one a day. Thats just my experience.

I found that Lysine does help to reduce the severity of Herpes damage. I have been sufferring from Herpes on and above my lips since childhood. Everyone knows it is almost impossible to control or heal this ugly virus :( This is my second bottle of Lysine and although Herpes occured once during the time I was taking tgese pills, it healed TWICE faster and was not that ugly and severe as usually. That is why I plan to take these pills regularly from now on.

Must take this to totally avoid canker sores....have so much acid in my system....works beautifully - one pill a day - never have another one - ever!
