Easy to swallow and did what I needed them to do.

Those of us who suffer with immune deficiencies and everything this supplement is supposed to help with are eager for help. Amino acids are lacking in most of us today. It is difficult to rate the efficacy of any supplement until time goes by. This consumer hopes it helps. We will see. I will update the review if I see signs of improvement with the issues it is being used for. For now I rate it 4*

They are easy to swallow, do not have a bad flavor and are easy to absorb.

I dont know why these pills are monster truck size, but they are. Other than having to choke down a beluga whale sized vitamin, these things work exactly as described. I bought them to stop getting canker sores and havent had one since Ive started taking them.

I find that if I take this daily it helps me stave off shingles. I had shingles 4 times in my life and if I take this daily I don’t develop shingles. Not sure this would work for everybody, but seems to work for me.

I bought these in March 2021 and about 3 to 4 weeks ago they started doing this. I keep them in the bottle, dry, indoors, and in a drawer in my room about 72° so have no clue why they started doing this. I never had a problem with the capsules. I ordered the tablets by mistake and they are a bit large and chalky. I still have quite a few left, so going to try to finish them, then go back to capsules.

They work great but I will pass on future orders because they are just too big. When I add them to my daily pill box they take up too much room. These are horse sized pills. I will stick with the Solaray brand, much smaller 1,000 mg tablets.

Lysine, a supplement, large size, nasty taste

I take this for my acne and it helps keep it at bay. I developed acne after our son was born and this supplement helps keep my skin clear if I take it regularly, which is a life saver for me because who has time to deal with acne? Not me. I’m not sure it works for all kinds of acne, but it did for me. Check with your dermatologist first though.
