> 3 dayThis cleans my bamboo flooring well. I steam cleaned my Windows and they look great (I used an e-cloth to wipe off the moisture). It also did a good job cleaning the tile around the wood stove. Next Im going to use to get the bugs off my windshield. Great little machine, much better than my old Hoover.

> 3 dayI bought TWO model 2075A Bissell steam cleaners. First one came damaged with the top of the motor poking thru apon delivery box. The second one I purchased of same model is CLEARLY USED ! (Sending photos of all) I ordered both in NEW condition, clearly they are NOT new!! So disappointing! Second one cane and has scratches on the hand held, and the water cup has clearly been used too, shows detergent was put into it ! Totally disappointed, because I read all of these reviews and really had faith in this product. I am going to order one more time to see if I can actually get what I am paying for, NEW and is delivered UN DAMAGED, and UN USED. Any one else experience these issues?

13-04-2025Easy to use great steam output!! It got dirt up I didnt know was there!! It got so hot it took off the sealer on my floor it was wrong type anyway just attracted dirt so I was super happy it peeled it off!! The only complaint was that I had to hold button non-stop to keep steam coming my hand got sore but Id buy again way better so far than others Ive bought that have broken. Im glad I chose the name brand over the cheaper ones!! I love that its several products in one!! I can clean ANYTHING!!! But extra mop clothes and I cant find where to buy extra smaller attachment mop cloth parts. Ya gotta hang it its not easy to store unless hung.

Greater than one weekI like that it was EASY to put together, and EASY to use. The weight is in the handle, since that is where the water is and all the mechanics...the problem is that you cannot put pressure in the long metal hose. That being said, you are lightly cleaning or moping up on the floor. If you want to put pressure in scrubbing the, you may still need to mop. I gave it four stars for weight. It may be too heavy for the old. and long periods of cleaning. It is great for sanitizing, but I would say it is not better than pressure cleaning from the good old hands and arms if you still have it in you to give a good scrub.

> 3 dayThis product was great to clean the dirt build up on the grout.

> 3 dayIts going to be easy for certain people. Its not super heavy but it has a bit of weight to it. And you have to hold the trigger down while in use. This can be annoying for some Im sure. I like it so my kids dont get hit with steam on accident. I use this on my toilet, my floors, my cabinets, my carpets to help get up stains. I would recommend getting extra washable pads though for all the sizes.

> 3 dayBeen using it weekly, got the extra cleaning pads etc. The only down side so far is the power cords are really annoyingly long.

Greater than one weekWhile the device seems to do the job in most cases, it is exhausting to use. One must hold down a button for continual use. The cord is annoying to work with. Even storing it is up to the user. No hooks, etc. Overall, there must be a better version that it is less work.

> 3 dayA really nice addition to our home cleaning arsenal. Easy to assemble and it does a very good job. A good value too. Would suggest better anchor bolts to use for installation of the wall stand.

> 3 dayPros: Easy to assemble, works as advertised, cleans my floor tile without spreading all the dirt into the tile grout. Cons: I’m 5’5” tall and the height of the mop is too short for me and causes back pain while using. The trigger switch is too small, and requires much pressure to keep the steam feeding into the mop head. My husband puts an electrical tie over the switch to hold the switch in the down position so I can use the mop without having to change my grip constantly. When I am finished steaming, we cut the electrical tie off and store the mop for the next use. There should be a lock/unlock mechanism on the switch and there should be an extender available to make the mop longer. Would be a better product if the two design issues I noted above are corrected.
