BISSELL Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop, 2075A

After I got this I read some bad reviews. I cleaned my grout on my hands and knees years ago. It was really dark and should be a dove grey. Today, I put the grout cleaner on the unit, not the extension wand. Got on the floor and cleaned. It worked!!! I am a lung cancer survivor am suppose to stay away from chemicals. Oh yes, and I tried cleaning cleaning a few weeks ago with vinegar and baking soda and a couple of different brushes. After an hour I had bad results on 12 tiles. So I am very happy, as I did my entire bath floor in less time and it is beautiful.

If you have arthritis or carpal tunnel, I would not purchase this model, you have to hold the steam button down continuously and it gets really old and its very uncomfortable. I have been shopping for a new one of these for at least a year. I had to leave my old one at the old house as I didnt have room for some things on the moving truck, moving across country... I have been trying to look for the older Shark that I had and have not been able to find it, you plugged it in, and the steam would just produce, no buttons to hold down and it removed all things on my floors, I rarely had to get down to scrape anything up. This one does not do that. Even a coffee drop, takes more energy/water than it should. I never had to fill the water reservoir more than one time when doing my floors with the Shark, now I have to 3 times. Id like to return it, but I was so sure this was going to be the one, just based on the brand! I tossed the box and inserts away, so Im stuck with it. I do not want anyone else to make the same mistake. The Shark steamer I purchased years ago, was a fraction of the price, and worked so much better, unfortunately i was unable to find that one, I suspect its been replaced with a cheap, breakable like everything else these days.

I love this steam mop. I had the same model (an orange color) for many years and after a move, it broke. I couldnt find the same model except for one on here. I thought I was ordering a new product, but when it arrived and I opened the box; I found that the mop was not in the original package and was just placed in an amazon box. The attachments were all in a bag and wrapped. There are scratches on the the steam mop. I am very disappointed!

Love this so much better than the steamer everyone’s been getting because you can steam mop and clean around the house with the hand held attachments. 1 down fall is having to hold the button down the whole time because how heavy it is.

I was excited to try it even based on the not so good reviews. I hooked it up and found that I could NOT hold the handle as the steam heating up made the handle very very HOT! And then the steamed water started leaking on my hand. Burning my fingers? I have not read this out of the reviews so not sure if it got damaged when delivered?? So disappointed but willing to giving it another Shot as a replacement. We shall see. so disappointed.

I bought TWO model 2075A Bissell steam cleaners. First one came damaged with the top of the motor poking thru apon delivery box. The second one I purchased of same model is CLEARLY USED ! (Sending photos of all) I ordered both in NEW condition, clearly they are NOT new!! So disappointing! Second one cane and has scratches on the hand held, and the water cup has clearly been used too, shows detergent was put into it ! Totally disappointed, because I read all of these reviews and really had faith in this product. I am going to order one more time to see if I can actually get what I am paying for, NEW and is delivered UN DAMAGED, and UN USED. Any one else experience these issues?

I bought this after seeing a YouTuber using it. Its great! I have 4 cats and I was always annoyed about crumbled litter on the floor. After running Roomba, do a deep clean with it. Sticky on the floor are also removed perfect without chemical. It would have been nice if this was cordless.

Worked wonders on my grout. Highly recommend. Good to note that it may still take some scrubbing. Dont expect it to melt away the dirt like magic, but it is definitely more effective than abrasive cleaners and safer for my home. Purchased for my grout, but have used it on my stovetop, mopping my floors, steaming a wrinkled jacket, and cleaning my stone countertops. Have not been disappointed. Cleans thoroughly and sanitizes which is a bonus in todays times. For a household tool 9/10. The only downfall I found was that it is not cordless. But the cord is very long, so distance hasnt been an issue. I only need to move plugs when I move rooms.

The Bissell Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop does a very good job of cleaning floors. My only complaint is that having to hold down the trigger on the handle to activate the steam is very tiring and difficult to hold for a long period of time, especially if you have arthritis in your hands, as I do. It would be perfect if there were a way the trigger could be made to stay down, and then released when you are finished, instead of having to hold it down with your finger while you are mopping.

I like the high pressure steam, it works really well on my stove. The machine also work well on floor! I have a dog and the steam mop can get rid of the pet smell on my wood floor! There are two things that can be improved: 1. The weight, it’s a little big heavy, my wrist get tired after 2 rooms! 2. I have to hold the button to let the steam come out, my finger get tired after 5 mins.
