09-04-2025After I got this I read some bad reviews. I cleaned my grout on my hands and knees years ago. It was really dark and should be a dove grey. Today, I put the grout cleaner on the unit, not the extension wand. Got on the floor and cleaned. It worked!!! I am a lung cancer survivor am suppose to stay away from chemicals. Oh yes, and I tried cleaning cleaning a few weeks ago with vinegar and baking soda and a couple of different brushes. After an hour I had bad results on 12 tiles. So I am very happy, as I did my entire bath floor in less time and it is beautiful.

> 3 dayBeen using it weekly, got the extra cleaning pads etc. The only down side so far is the power cords are really annoyingly long.

> 3 dayThe Bissell Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop does a very good job of cleaning floors. My only complaint is that having to hold down the trigger on the handle to activate the steam is very tiring and difficult to hold for a long period of time, especially if you have arthritis in your hands, as I do. It would be perfect if there were a way the trigger could be made to stay down, and then released when you are finished, instead of having to hold it down with your finger while you are mopping.

16-04-2025The steamer is amazing. I just got it but we have used it to clean so many things. Both bathroom floors. Both showers in our bathrooms look brand new. I had a spill in my oven and used the steamer to get the burned on grease off. Did not even have to use the clean cycle that is in my oven. It has so many attachments. Something for everything. It is such great quality, just what you would expect from Bissell. Love the fact that it is hand held and then to do floors just put it on the pole. Came with its own carrier that we hung in the closet. So convenient. The cord is extra long. The pads used to clean floors are great. I just throw them in the washer when we are finished. Knowing that it kills 99% of germs and bacteria is wonderful. Definitely happy with the steamer.

> 3 dayFirst, the trigger is a pain it needs a trigger lock. It does streak hardwood floors a little, but it could be I have to get use to using it. The grout cleaner sucks, but I was using it at the end of the extension. I will try it directly on the unit itself and let you know. It does clean the floors as the pad did get a little dirty. I tried it on a tough job, the garage floor which is epoxy. It did fair. So I will keep it but wished it was a little better.

Greater than one weekSeems to do a good job cleaning my floors. I dont know if it does it better or worse than the competition. I dont like the fact that theres no trigger lock so I have to hold the trigger all the time while cleaning tyhe floors. And it makes a light thumping noise all the time the trigger is being held.

> 3 dayI love this steam mop. I had the same model (an orange color) for many years and after a move, it broke. I couldnt find the same model except for one on here. I thought I was ordering a new product, but when it arrived and I opened the box; I found that the mop was not in the original package and was just placed in an amazon box. The attachments were all in a bag and wrapped. There are scratches on the the steam mop. I am very disappointed!

> 3 dayI like that it was EASY to put together, and EASY to use. The weight is in the handle, since that is where the water is and all the mechanics...the problem is that you cannot put pressure in the long metal hose. That being said, you are lightly cleaning or moping up on the floor. If you want to put pressure in scrubbing the, you may still need to mop. I gave it four stars for weight. It may be too heavy for the old. and long periods of cleaning. It is great for sanitizing, but I would say it is not better than pressure cleaning from the good old hands and arms if you still have it in you to give a good scrub.
