BISSELL Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop, 2075A

Washed bathroom walls and tiled walls perfectly!

I bought TWO model 2075A Bissell steam cleaners. First one came damaged with the top of the motor poking thru apon delivery box. The second one I purchased of same model is CLEARLY USED ! (Sending photos of all) I ordered both in NEW condition, clearly they are NOT new!! So disappointing! Second one cane and has scratches on the hand held, and the water cup has clearly been used too, shows detergent was put into it ! Totally disappointed, because I read all of these reviews and really had faith in this product. I am going to order one more time to see if I can actually get what I am paying for, NEW and is delivered UN DAMAGED, and UN USED. Any one else experience these issues?

This product did what I wanted. It transformed my living room floor into the one I saw when I first moved in. Its great.

I like that it was EASY to put together, and EASY to use. The weight is in the handle, since that is where the water is and all the mechanics...the problem is that you cannot put pressure in the long metal hose. That being said, you are lightly cleaning or moping up on the floor. If you want to put pressure in scrubbing the, you may still need to mop. I gave it four stars for weight. It may be too heavy for the old. and long periods of cleaning. It is great for sanitizing, but I would say it is not better than pressure cleaning from the good old hands and arms if you still have it in you to give a good scrub.

This steam mop is very versatile I’ve been able to clean the sliders on my windows more thoroughly than I think they’ve ever been cleaned. I use it to clean my walls, it’s able to fit in the little area behind the toilet, I’m able to clean the tops of my ceiling fans without a step stool now, my baseboard, and even the back splash in my kitchen. I used to have a shark steam mop which you have to push in the handle to activate the steam so it was only useful for floor cleaning. This one is a button so I can maneuver it in any direction a please. It also works for steaming fabric on the low setting… it’s a little more pricey than some other steam mops but it’s worth it in my opinion for sure.

My only complaint is that you have to hold the trigger in the entire time you are using it. If you have a weakness or arthritis in your hands or fingers, I would not recommend this item.

Pics speak for themselves. Didnt take much effort to get the grout clean. My only complaint is that the bristles on the grout attachment bent almost immediately after first use but it still got the job done. No other cleaners were used to clean the grout.

My sister referred this product to me after trying to find something to help keep her place clean and allergen-free for her children that started to develop allergies not only does this help and make things easier for her to clean she has used this product in ways that I never thought I would use them in, for instance, the mop attachment she uses to get to the top of her finished cupboards. My cupboards are not finished so I need to be a bit careful, But I use the steam to spray a light mist or steam a light mist of hot water on the cupboard and then use the microfiber pad to just gently wipe it away as opposed to applying the unit close to the unsealed and Im finished painted cupboards that I have. I did not buy this for my cupboards though I purchased this to clean the tile on my kitchen counters and I am absolutely amazed at the job that this did my kitchen looks brand new not only does it look new it smells good and part of having an old house is trying to get rid of all smells and as I have worked meticulously through my house on a daily basis the Basic smell of the home as you come in is not as musty which is really great because normally when I have clean my carpets with vinegar and windows with vinegar it smells clean after two or three days but you have to smell vinegar for two or three days and with the steam cleaner Ive used it on the windows Ive used in the tub on the kitchen counters on the kitchen floor and even started using it To spot treat my carpet and then begin working on small sections of my carpet at a time and places where there has been dogs smell from accidents I put my nose right next to the carpet to smell it after two or three days and the smell is all but diminished now these are not saturated pet stains but my little dog had an accident I got majority Of the year and up right away but no matter what cleaners are used its still had a faint odor if I would put my nose next to it and smell the spot but this unit has helped clean those areas to where theres hardly any smell at all. I can only use it for about an hour or so at a time if I am doing things that are chest height or shoulder height as my arm does get tired after a while from holding the unit but I like the weight of it so that I dont press too hard or scrub too hard on things that are not finished So it is a nice reminder in my old house to be gentle. However, it would be nice to be able to use it for more than just an hour at a time based on my limitations. This unit heats up extremely fast and is one of the key points that I like about it you open the top of the water and away you go and no matter what angle you have the unit even upside down this unit will still extract water needs to create the steam it is an excellent unit and I recommend it to everyone

The new Powerfresh is a huge upgrade over the old Bissell Powerfresh. It is easier to load the water, warms up quicker and the cleaning area is larger. We love it!

Its not a bad steam cleaner, but it has a few flaws that should have been addressed before it ever went to market. Pros: * It steams * The length extension is helpful * Comes with plenty of additional nozzles. In general it does what it says, it creates steam. Cons: * The trigger. You have to really press that sucker in to keep the steam going, you let off even a tiny bit and it cuts off. This should have been a rocker switch or it needed way more deadzone. If you have arthritis, this is going to be a problem. * The handle is heavy. This makes sense, its where everything is. This is only a problem because of the trigger tho. Youre squeezing that sucker so hard and holding that thing up, it tires out your hand. * Nothing to wrap the cord around. They give you a little velcro to hold it, but its annoying after the first few times you use it. Would have been nice to have some hooks on the pole at least to wrap it.
