> 3 dayIt works but I feel like the steam could be better, also makes a clicking sound every single time and sometimes I have to pause cleaning to wait for steam to build up. I shouldve gotten another shark

> 3 dayI love this steam mop. I had the same model (an orange color) for many years and after a move, it broke. I couldnt find the same model except for one on here. I thought I was ordering a new product, but when it arrived and I opened the box; I found that the mop was not in the original package and was just placed in an amazon box. The attachments were all in a bag and wrapped. There are scratches on the the steam mop. I am very disappointed!

20-04-2025First, the trigger is a pain it needs a trigger lock. It does streak hardwood floors a little, but it could be I have to get use to using it. The grout cleaner sucks, but I was using it at the end of the extension. I will try it directly on the unit itself and let you know. It does clean the floors as the pad did get a little dirty. I tried it on a tough job, the garage floor which is epoxy. It did fair. So I will keep it but wished it was a little better.

> 3 dayThe steam output is reasonably strong, especially when using attachments directly on the handheld unit. A little less powerful as a floor mop, doubtless because of having to travel down a long shaft. I did experience the knocking sound, and it was caused by buildup around the metal ball at the end of a tube inside the water chamber. Scraping away the residue solved the problem. The cord is long and heavy, so it’s not as convenient as a battery unit. Overall I am pleased and Luke using steam on tough or icky cleaning rather than harsh chemicals. Washable covers are super convenient.

> 3 dayI am 73 and my sweet wife is 70. I did not want her to get down on her hands and knees to clean our tile floors. I had her do some research because our church uses a steamer for cleaning tile in the bathrooms. This is the one that she picked, and it is very well designed. We bought extra mop heads since that is a wear item, and purchased two bottles of the recommended solution. Since it is based on eucalyptus oil and some other oil, it has a light fresh scent when she has steamed the floors. BISSELL knows how to design and build quality products that really do a great job!

Greater than one weekI bought this steam cleaner/mop because I was completely over mopping my floors and wanted to try and get the stains off my floor. This was the best thing and has many many uses. The plastic piece in the back did break off in my closet but we weren’t the most gentle with it.

> 3 dayAt this day and age you would think they’d be better at steam production. A trigger lock would have been great too. When you have the extension pole in place to use as mop steam takes a while to get through the mop pad to start cleaning. Also the attachment point of the pole to the main unit needs to be stronger.
