> 3 dayI should have listened to the negative reviews. Instead, I relied upon Consumer Reports rating the Bissell PowerFresh Slim Steam Mop as the best. I think they got it all wrong and intend to let them know. First of all, it is heavier than any other steam mop I’ve owned. Plus, in order to get continuous steam, you must keep the trigger pressed. These two issues wouldn’t be show stoppers, if everything else was great. When I use a steam mop, I want to see steam...and lots of it...to know it is working. If I lift this mop up a bit I can see the steam, but if the mop is on the floor, there is no visible steam. In my world, grout is the enemy...I want to know it’s getting clean. The pad doesn’t look as dirty as the pad from my previous steam mop, which leads me to believe the surface is getting clean, but there’s not enough steam to get to the grout. And that is why I hate this machine after just one use. Do yourself a favor and order a different steam mop.

> 3 dayThe steamer is amazing. I just got it but we have used it to clean so many things. Both bathroom floors. Both showers in our bathrooms look brand new. I had a spill in my oven and used the steamer to get the burned on grease off. Did not even have to use the clean cycle that is in my oven. It has so many attachments. Something for everything. It is such great quality, just what you would expect from Bissell. Love the fact that it is hand held and then to do floors just put it on the pole. Came with its own carrier that we hung in the closet. So convenient. The cord is extra long. The pads used to clean floors are great. I just throw them in the washer when we are finished. Knowing that it kills 99% of germs and bacteria is wonderful. Definitely happy with the steamer.

> 3 dayThis steam mop is very versatile I’ve been able to clean the sliders on my windows more thoroughly than I think they’ve ever been cleaned. I use it to clean my walls, it’s able to fit in the little area behind the toilet, I’m able to clean the tops of my ceiling fans without a step stool now, my baseboard, and even the back splash in my kitchen. I used to have a shark steam mop which you have to push in the handle to activate the steam so it was only useful for floor cleaning. This one is a button so I can maneuver it in any direction a please. It also works for steaming fabric on the low setting… it’s a little more pricey than some other steam mops but it’s worth it in my opinion for sure.

16-04-2025I was excited to try it even based on the not so good reviews. I hooked it up and found that I could NOT hold the handle as the steam heating up made the handle very very HOT! And then the steamed water started leaking on my hand. Burning my fingers? I have not read this out of the reviews so not sure if it got damaged when delivered?? So disappointed but willing to giving it another Shot as a replacement. We shall see. so disappointed.

> 3 dayI bought TWO model 2075A Bissell steam cleaners. First one came damaged with the top of the motor poking thru apon delivery box. The second one I purchased of same model is CLEARLY USED ! (Sending photos of all) I ordered both in NEW condition, clearly they are NOT new!! So disappointing! Second one cane and has scratches on the hand held, and the water cup has clearly been used too, shows detergent was put into it ! Totally disappointed, because I read all of these reviews and really had faith in this product. I am going to order one more time to see if I can actually get what I am paying for, NEW and is delivered UN DAMAGED, and UN USED. Any one else experience these issues?

> 3 dayI rarely write reviews, but this powerful little steamer deserves one! We recently bought an older home and it took 20 year old tile floor grout from black to a beautiful cream. And I had already used about every home grout remedy and strong grout chemical out there. Wish I had taken before and after pictures. And the tile is textured with multiple shades of cream - or so I thought. The darkest color was actual just dirt- gross! This steamer is nothing short of amazing, no more strong chemicals here!

> 3 dayBought this to do cleaning but my wife stole it. Shes using it to take wrinkles out of our curtains after she washes them. This saves literally hours of ironing the curtains before putting them up. I now have to borrow it from her to use for my stuff. May be Ill buy a second one. Its very important to use distilled water to keep the steamer clean and without scale build up. Its still a bit heavy when filled, but doesnt really do much without being filled with water.

> 3 dayDid almost everything Id hope it would! Did a great job of cleaning the grout. I used small concentrating tool and the the stream powered in and the built up dirt washed out, so I could just wipe it away. I believe I can now maintain the clean by just using the regular floor tool. Faucets and stainless steel appliances looked like new. You dont realize how much of those spray and wipe products build up until you power it all off and see a real shine. Tile backslash in the kitchen came back to life. Also used to to remove soot that built up on the logs outside because the grill was too close. No product worked at all. BTW floors are more beautiful than ever, and I had used a different steam machine for years that finally died. Steamed the hinging curtains and they look so much better! It is light weight, has lots of tools to try out for different jobs. It did take some time to clean out build up pin grout as I mentioned and some areas, but now that they have been de-gunked, it should be easy to maintain the clean. Love it! It does get hot so read the cautions... I cleaned for hours, on less then 1 gallon of distilled water btw, and came out unscathed.

> 3 dayWow!! I purchased this because of the good reviews and I am not disappointed. I have used the grout tool as well as the standard floor attachment. The various attachments are SO. Easy. To attach and most of them can be stored right on the device itself in an attachment trey thing. Really loving this so far! It would be even more awesome if we could use essential oils as well but I am not sure if the plastic is rated for oils. It’s self explanatory, easy to use. I love that it comes with a wall mount to store it. Only holds 2 cups of water at a time so prepare to refill frequently. It’s worth it.
