Ive only used this briefly, so I can offer no opinion as to its durability. The single most significant criteria for me is ease of set-up. I hate new printers because I know that Im going to lose hours of my life trying to connect them, and will probably end up frustrated and cursing. This one connected wirelessly with relative ease.

This thing is a complete piece of junk! Doesnt stay connected to the internet and goes into sleep mode very quickly and theres no way to disable sleep mode just to delay it.

Useless. It keeps tripping the power circuit whenever it prints, and sometimes even when starting up. Tried everything like connecting it to a separate power socket, updating firmware .. When there are lots of competitors printers without these issues.. I am not going to keep working on this.. had to return it.. sorry.

The printer is good, light and comfortable. BUT YOU DIDNT MENTION THAT IT CANNOT PRINT IN COLOR. THIS PRINTER ONLY PRINTS IN BLACK AND WHITE, WHICH IS VERY BAD!!!

I needed a printer to print from my cell phone thru my WIFI. This one works very well and was easy to set up. As a factory recon, I took a chance on it. Glad I did!

Followed the directions closely and came very close to giving up and returning the printer. Made me feel like it was 1994 again--back before printers were easy to install. What the hell, brother?!?

I have three of these printers in my office. Two of the three stopped working after the first drum ran out. Will not accept any replacement toner. Crap product.

Very easy to setup and use on our wireless network. Larger than normal capacity toner cartridges make it less of an issue to keep online.
