If it is plugged in its fine. WIRELESS it cant connect to any thing! All of the Im a notary reviews talked me into getting it because Im a notary as well. I have to delete it and download it every single time I have to print from any of my laptops unless I want to plug it up via usb which is not worth all the work! Now, I am purchasing the 2nd printer this year.

The main issue I have with this WiFi printer is that is doesnt connect to my new Eero Wifi mesh setup because the printer requires a less secure Wifi format. :(

The printer seems to be working correctly. Setting up the WiFi connection with two Mac computers was very easy. The printer is noisier than our old HP but I assume that is normal.

This printer has serious issues staying connected to wi-fi. It goes into deep sleep and cant maintain a connection to wi-fi. Which means I had to do wireless setup again. I did. Immediately upon unplugging it and moving it to another office, it connects to the internet for approximately 45 seconds before dropping connection. Ive never been so disappointed with a brother printer before.

This is far faster and much better than Expensive HP that died after 2 years. Love this printer - so far very impressed

Weve bought four of these, in six months only 2 are still working. Buy an HP instead!

I am very disappointed that the wireless printed feature does not work. The printer works fine on a wired network.
