> 24 hourI bought this to see if I liked it enough to keep it, and in the end I did keep it, but here are the things I learned. First, my house is 2700 square feet with lots of steps. It’s also about 50% carpet and the other half hard wood or tile. I did most of the house in one full charge. I usually do half the house at a time anyway so the battery life is great. It took about 50 minutes for it to die (again doing carpets) so I’ve felt like the battery lasts as long if not longer than advertised. Also, I have 2 dogs so pet hair is everywhere. It works well to get the hair out of the carpet. We’ve only ever had cheaper dirt devils before so I don’t have much to compare to, but the suction was fine. I wasn’t blown away by it but have not noticed a difference which is impressive for a cordless vacuum. I saw a few people comment on the weight of it and it tiring out your forearms. I noticed the same thing especially while doing stairs. But it works great for stairs overall. The end is significantly smaller than most vacuums so doing a large living room takes a lot longer and feels sort of annoying. For me this is a worthwhile trade since I can get under and around more things now. One annoying piece is the stand that hangs on the wall. It has two spots to hang attachments and then there is a piece that clips to the vacuum for two attachments. It comes with 4 attachments but the stairs attachment doesn’t fit on either one so it has to be stored separately. Would be great if they could design a way to clip that in as well. I also read someone else’s review saying this rips off the wall. I screwed to a stud to be safe so it may be worth thinking about that when installing. Larger anchors could fix that as well if you don’t have a stud where you want this. Lastly the price...I’m keeping it so I guess that means I think it’s worth it. But I really am annoyed it costs so much. That is the biggest thing that keeps me from recommending it because I know a lot of people that just can’t afford to pay that much for a vacuum.

> 24 hourI bought a Dyson V10 a few years ago, and I love it. I moved to a new house, and my stuff has been in storage for several months, and my place was just getting too dusty for simple sweeping clean and/or mopping the floors. So I decided to give the V11 a chance. The Time Remaining Meter: Thats a cool feature, but not terribly important for me personally. It was easy to get accustomed to how much vacuuming I could do with the V10 before I had to charge it again. The Real-Time Carpet/Floor Adjustment: Not very impressed with the smart speed setting when rolling over throw rugs, at least. I have tile and wood floors, and only have small throw rugs in the bathroom, for example. It doesnt really register and speed up until Im about 40%-60% done with the 3x5 carpet. I think it would be more convenient if you have larger carpet space to vacuum over. Conclusion: Other than those two additions, this is basically the V10, but revised. Either model is a good purchase. I only had cheap $30-$40 Dirt Devil small vacuums for 20+ years, and got tired of the terrible efficiency. It also was annoying when a model I had would no longer have replacement bags and pieces after a couple/few years. The Dyson was initially something that made me think What the heck are you doing spending this much for a VACUUM?!, only to go home and vacuum my entire place in 20 minutes. I was floored (pun intended), because it used to take 20 minutes to do just the living room! So I recommend considering these models if you want a mobile, not too heavy, and reliable vacuum that is really easy to empty the dust into the trash. The attachments are nice as well, but... ADVICE: Adjust your budget to include the fluffy cleaner head. That is amazing if you have tile and/or wooden floors.

> 24 hourI own a Dyson Ball vac and a older Dyson stick vacuum, the stick vac is well over 5 years old and I have had to replace the battery once so far. Its about that time to replace the battery again because it only runs for at most 5 min on a charge, where it used to run for about 15 min on a new battery. Aside from the dying battery it is still going strong. I primarily use the stick vac for vacuuming our kitchen and entry way tiles, so I generally dont need long run times. The V11 is overkill for my initial needs in terms of price and battery capacity (about 45 to 60min), but I bought it anyway and Im glad I did. So, after using it for a couple months I have to say it has impressed me to no end. I literally have no use for my Dyson Ball vac anymore. The V11 has just enough run time to vacuum my whole house (3500sqft) and I believe it has better suction then my ball vac. This thing makes vacuuming the stairs a breeze and I no longer have to move furnature around to get into tight spaces like between couches because the head is smaller and less bulky than the ball vac. Light weight and portability is the biggest plus for the V11 compared to my ball vac... its funny that I am comparing the V11 to a full sized plug in vacuum but it literally is that good. This is sounding like a too good to be true review, trust me it is not. Aesthetically the the coolest thing is the display and I thought at first it was gimmicky. Well I was wrong, since I have moved on to only using the V11 and retiring my ball vac the display has helped me gauge how much time I have left for vacuuming the house. So far I have not run out of charge even on long runs, by long runs I mean vacuuming the whole house in one go and I have done this multiple times already. Only downside to this little guy is that I have to empty the waste bin halfway through my long vaccuming sessions. There are loads of attachemnt heads most of which I havent used yet. The only real gimmick to this vacuum is that there is a sound effect that happens when the trigger is released. Its like a cartoon spring boing sound, but it is a very pleasing sound and not at all annoying. Hope this review helps someone because I feel like I have just been rambling on and on.

> 24 hourI wish I could return this product. I’ve had this product since January of 2020. It worked well for about one year. But it hardly works now. Barely picks up hair. I have to change the filter each time I use it. When I’m done with it and go to hang it up, it drops a bunch of dirt and stuff that was supposed to be sucked up. I’m in the market, yet again, for a new vacuum. Super disappointed.

> 24 hourOk, I waited 7 months to write this review. I have owned Orecks, good on hard floors, not great on carpet, Kenmore cannisters, pretty good, but didnt like dragging around a cannister, I have owned 2 sharks, 1 gave me problems the other, pretty good, but corded. I have owned a Hoover lynx battery operated, its battery lasted only 10 minutes after awhile. I read everything about vacuums and it took me about 6 months to decide to buy the Dyson. Out of all the vacuums I have ever owned, this is the best, by far, and I mean by far. I show everyone this vacuum, I believe I have helped the company in sales! Why should you buy this Dyson? Its light, no cord, easy to clean filter, and easy to empty. I have never run out of battery power once, it has the best suction power out of all my other sweepers, hands down. But the reason I waited 7 months to write this review is because if it can pick up glitter off a hard wood floor, you have my attention. If you want to suck the glitter up even faster, use the boost button and that was the only time I used the boost button....after sucking up all my Christmas glitter effortlessly, I am convinced I have the best sweeper that money can buy. I have hard wood floors and super thick shag large area rugs, it sucks up everything. Best sweeper, no comparison. If you are still trying to decide, stop waiting.....get it.

> 24 hourSo Ive been using this Dyson V11 Torque Drive Cordless Vacuum Cleaner for a while and these are the pros and cons Ive found with the product. First of all, Ive used a vacuum cleaner that was nearly 100 dollars previously and had to sell it back because the suction power was just too weak. (It was made from China) Now that I’ve got it changed to this Dyson V11 product the difference all I could say is that it is crazy. There is a reason why people were buying this expensive product for a reason. And from this experience I was able to understand why people say expensive products are expensive for a reason. As I was saying, Dyson V11 series at current point has the strongest suction power in the vacuum cleaner market. When you are using this product, you wont feel any worry that this machine wouldnt have the capacity or the sucking power to suck something out from the ground. When I do use it, it even feels as if the vacuum cleaner is sucking the carpet fur itself and not just the dirt, thats how strong it is. In terms of the weight, some people do say females would have a hard time using it for a long time because of its weight. It is partly true, considering that Dyson V11 is not a lightweight compared to other cheap vacuum cleaners I’ve used. But this bit of weight actually brings more stability to cleaning and that’s what I personally felt more positively than the weight being something to worry about. The battery life so far is lasting good and you can change the modes(each mode lists the battery time left on the screen) to your own choice how long and extensive you want to use your Dyson. In the end, to me, this product was not a waste of money but a life lesson why you should buy a good product in the first place for a reason. Because it sure does its job well and Dyson’s warranty system is also trustworthy in this case for future problems.

> 24 hourEven though there are close to 5,000 reviews on this product and this will probably never get read, I feel compelled to write something because this has been a game-changer for me. Apparently, bending down and plugging in a vacuum was inhibiting to using my former vacuum. I did not know this until I got the Dyson. The Dyson is always charged up, and now I can just grab it and start to vacuum. No more stooping down and trying to pick up one hair off the bathroom floor (where, you know, theres never just one.) Instead, I just run in with this cordless vacuum cleaner. So convenient! Its also easier than my previous vacuum to switch out the attachments and seems just as powerful, even though it is much smaller. But its small size makes it a lot more nimble and easier to get in awkward and tiny spaces. So yes, it has a nice amount of pros. But if Im being honest, the best part about it is the no bending down to plug in a cord. I know this seems like such a minuscule benefit and of course, there are other vacuums that do this. But this one is powerful, unlike my other cordless vacs. Really, it does everything my giant full-size vacuum did but it does it better and because its so convenient, I use the vacuum more and have more positive connotations with this one. I dont know anyone who really likes to spend their money on boring vacuums and that kind of thing, but I see what all the hype is about. I am not a neat freak yet I use this all the time and my house feels so much cleaner. So happy I made this purchase!

> 24 hourI named my Dyson Chewvacca because Its burly, meant to last, and a great addition to any spaceship. The only challenge Im having so far is that it takes an inordinate amount of time to charge as opposed to the runtime. From there another inconvenience would include its general weight and the fact that theres no trigger lock, so I know you only have to touch the trigger very lightly, but your inclination is to pull it down as hard as you can. Id say this is a safety feature that customers probably dont like but is likely necessary for its functionality.

> 24 hourGreat power, flexible, easy to use—battery lasts no problem- only issue was one tool was missing in the box we received. Dyson replaced it in a few days no charge.

> 24 hourI loved this vacuum when it worked. It lasted roughly a year before the power head wasn’t spinning. I called Dyson, they said the power head needed replacing. They sent me another at a huge charge, only to find out that wasn’t the problem. As it was still sucking the dirt up somewhat, I continued to use. However, it was one problem after another. These machines have a sealed unit and therefore, cannot be repaired. Very disappointing. Not worth the money, I’m afraid.
