We purchased three of these for our Vista panels at our offices. Installation and setup were a breeze and the user/zone labelling feature on the website was great. One of our remote offices is over two hours away. Prior to adding the Envisalink, I would have a four hour round trip just to add a new user code (3 minutes worth of work). Anything you can do from a keypad can be done through this module. Also, you can set up alerts in a number of ways: 1. Email 2. Text messaging 3. Push notifications from the phone app 4. If you plan on being away from communications (like on a cruise), you could just add someone elses contact info so they can be your eyes when youre away and then remove them when you get home. Im getting ready to order one of these for my house.

This little device is great! The setup process is a little involved, but very doable by those technically inclined. The features available with only the free account is amazingly generous. I am getting alerts and controlling my multi-partition alarm system from my computer and my smartphone and it doesnt cost a dime more than the cost of the hardware! My old monitoring service provided no remote control capability at all and now I pay nothing and have way more functionality! I like it! Ill probably spring for the $8.99/month professional monitoring since it is still way cheaper than I was paying and will protect my home when Im not available to call the police myself (movies, airplanes, poor cell reception, etc.) Thanks EyezOn for a great product filling a real need!

Works really well, I would recommend if you are needing to self monitor your existing security system. Fairly simple to install with video help form manufacture. Would give them 5 stars but they need to update installation video to show programming of panel.

This was a great product when it worked. I purchased my first device 3 years ago and it worked flawlessly. I had it linked to Smartthings and controlled my alarm / monitored contact & motion sensors from there. I also was able to control the Alarm via Alexa. Then, after 3 years it stopped working after a power failure. I contacted their support though direct email, and from the product support page, but no responses (its been 2 weeks now). Despite this lack of support, I purchased another Envisalink. But, I could not get Alexa coordination to work. Without support, I will be returning this second purchase and will try Konnected instead.

Easy to install; connectivity is great and the realtime status really helps together with the remote functions for arm/disarm

I wish the web interface would do much much more programming than it does and that I could link peer to peer with the device rather than through a server system. The Envisalink TPI programming documentation has to be coupled with github projects others have done if you want to get up to speed at all. Very good quality build for both the version 3 and 4 of this board. They last.

This is a very reliable upgrade to your security system. It was relatively easy to install physically. The programming took a little while (Alarm panel) but once it was working it has been very reliable. The app could use some work as it acts like a webpage wrapper. Easy way to add some internet connectivity to your alarm panel.

This has allowed me to connect my Vista 20p to my network. Now I am connected to my smartthings hub and integrated with Google home. Very happy with this product. Easy to install and configure.

Its easy to look at the alarm board and see where and how the EV fits, but when actually putting screwdriver to electronics, its best to take a moment. The hardest part of the installation is actually getting the wiring on the screw posts. The posts are crowded. After connecting the network cable and following the instructions from Envisalink, everything worked as promised. My system is V20 and I use the android app. The app is limited, but does what is promised. Will use another hub and a RPi for additional security extensions.
