Never have had an issue with this. My hermit crabs thrive with it. I clean out and refill about every 4 to 5 months. Love it

This sand killed my hermits after the 3rd day. Grew mold too. I wouldnt recommend. My oldest hermit Ive had for 8 years.

So far so good! The sand holds its shape super well! Great for digging down and molting! :) I previously had 100% pure white beach sand that held its shape, but not as well because it was a little bit courser. Im trying something new with his habitat since Im a teacher and I have to take the tank home to clean my hermies habitat. The weight with the amount of sand I used to use was extremely heavy. So I was paranoid I would drop it one day. I bought a corner water bowl for lizards to use for just sand and other substrate I have a coconut fiber, sand and rock mixture. Now just waiting on his climbing rope ladder for across the tank and were set to go back to class! :)

This hermit sand is clean and premoistened. Helps with the humidity in the tank and makes cleaning the tank easy.

My crab seems to like it! No complaints! I will order again!

I have ordered this many times for my hermit crabs. I have 16 and a large tank. They seem to like it. They also seem to be healthy. I’ll keep ordering this for my hermit crabs.
