> 3 dayThese work okay. Sometimes they go offline. They seemed fine with initial set up but then when I rearranged them for a different room and different purpose, I started having connectivity and set up issues.

Greater than one weekOnce set up, the plug works very well. However, it is a bit glitchy to install on Google Home. Unlike whats advertised, you are wise to first install it on the GE Cync app, then port it over to Google Home. Installing directly from Google Home results in glitches AND error messages. Worth it overall once its up and running and I plan to buy many more!

Greater than one weekThe plug is fine once its installed and connected to wi fi. The connection process is easy but it does not work. You have to repeat the process dozens of times I even had to take a break and go back to it.

> 3 dayWhen I upgraded my network hardware, I realized my smart plugs were no longer compatible. After weighing the cost of replacing my hardware with a dual-channel setup against new plugs, I decided to give the Cync smart plugs a try. These were very easy to install and Alexa has no problem talking to these. My home was back to normal in about fifteen minutes.

> 3 dayThis version isnt compatible with the quick setup through Google Home no matter what it says. You have to download the Cync app, setup and account, and add it to Google home through the third party integration. After that it works fine. On the older version the quick setup did work perfectly.

> 3 dayI bought a 4-pack of smart plugs after reading they could be used to power down your Modem/Router rid yourself of unplugging the power cord. Well, those particular smart plugs use wi-fi so you can pretty much guess what happened when I tried to turn it back on... NOTHING! Theres no wi-fi available to turn the smart plug back on! So as I wrestled with whether I should return or keep the other plugs, I learned about the GE CYNC which uses both wi-fi AND bluetooth technology. Setup was so simple I thought I must have missed something. I plugged in the routers power cord and cycled it off then back on without a hitch, thanks to bluetooth. The router took its usual 3 to 5 minutes to re-establish itself and the connections to my many peripherals and devices.
