Greater than one weekThis potty seat has been amazing. While potty training my kids, I took it with us on errands, car trips and field trips and saved us more times than I could count. Later we put it in the back of the car for any emergencies while out and about. I’d ask if they needed to go potty before going into stores or restaurants and spared us the “tour of all public restrooms” as they learned how to potty train. I can’t recommend enough.

> 3 dayThis is the most best thing ever!! I just started potty training my almost 3yo daughter about 3 weeks ago. I bought this when we had to travel by plane to another city. I was browsing for some portable potty because I didnt want our travel to interrupt the training and definitely didnt want her to go back in diapers. After doing alot of research and comparing reviews, I found that this was the best thing in the market. And they were true!!! Its totally very helpful! I noticed some reviews mentioning that it didnt fit public toilets. However, I found that it workes perfectly, even though it did not fit it in the front of the seat as instructed. It fit better in the middle. I tried it on my toilet seat at home, where it fit perfectly inside. It fit in the middle on public toilets and hotel toilets, which were longer and a bit wider. My daughter had no issues sitting on it. And it also fits in my bag (a medium size). So, this potty is a total potty-training-on-the-go must have!!! Really love this product *I havent tried the sit on potty yet, but Im sure it wont be disappointing

> 3 dayGreat for short-trips about town. I have a bit of a reluctant potty-trainer in the form of a stubborn 3-year-old boy. But this thing I love. Still small enough to fit in a diaper bag (which I still carry for toys, drinks, snacks, etc.) when we are out and about. I have a skinny little guy, so this is a life-saver in the public restrooms where he would (a) fall in and (b) ew...not on my babys butt please. 2 thumbs up here. I only didnt give it 5 stars because the little humps in the middle are a bit high. But certainly not enough to prevent from buying again.

> 3 dayNever thought Id have anything to say about a portable toilet seat but this proved to be incredibly valuable. First of all, the build is sturdy and the plastic arms were long enough to accommodate any toilet weve encountered. We used it at home for a while until our kid was comfortable (and grown) enough to sit on the toilet without it. The arms fold in under the seat, making it easy to toss into a plastic bag and tote around. Good toilet seat adapter for a good price. Its real value, however, didnt become apparent until we started taking our kid camping and on long road trips. As mentioned before, this seat is very portable, but fit one of these with an appropriately sized plastic bag (I believe it comes with a few bags but we ended up using the kind you get from grocery stores at check-out.. that is if they havent yet been banned where you live) and you have yourself an instant porta-potty (check for holes in bag first, of course) .. just as advertised. The legs extend down just enough so theres ample room for the bag to accommodate whatever a reasonably-sized child should be able to produce in one sitting. Once done, just remove the bag, tie it up, and toss away. On one particularly long road trip it was raining hard outside and there were no toilets/rest stops for miles in either direction so we set it up and our child was able to use it in the back seat of our car. Of course your mileage may vary on this one .. Our child has long since outgrown this but Id still recommend this to any parent with a small child ..

> 3 daySo, I have purchased three of these since I misplaced two of them through the course of moving states and generally getting out with my kids. This is a fabulous product (hence the repurchase). This travel potty has fit any seat in any bathroom that Ive taken my kids into. It works with boys and girls and has no forward and backwards so you dont have to worry about orientation, really. The sides either fold out to be used on a toilet and act as handles for the kiddos or they stand and click in place so the seat can be used as a stand alone potty. Its easy to fold out and is very stable on the toilets Ive used so that the kids dont slide around. That is very important for the kids to be comfortable enough to go in a strange bathroom. I cant tell you the number of times Ive used this in a parking lot, park, or by the side of the road on a road trip. The handles even have a grippy, rubbery part that makes it stable when used as a stand-alone potty. It works great. The kids like the colors and they seem comfortable on it for a reasonable amount of time given that it is hard plastic. My kids have sat on it for 30 minutes sometimes, when needed. Its also easy to clean. I usually just rinse it off when I can and occasionally soap it down. The seat also comes with a fairly sturdy carry plastic bag with draw string and a few bags that can go over the potty and catch whatever the kids have coming for easy disposal afterwards. If you run out of those, you can use standard grocery plastic bags. Very good design, I think. Frankly, I mostly just put the potty seat on the grass or curb and make sure that the feet are uphill of the stream. The seat is fairly thick but I never had a lot of trouble stashing it in my diaper bag. I just have to clean out a few things first. The only problem with this potty seat is that it doesnt have a homing device so that I can locate my first two potty seats. Seriously, Id pay for that app. Happy Pottying!

> 3 dayAfter my two-year-old sons first successful poop at the park yesterday, this potty is my new best friend. Weve been casually potty learning for the last few weeks (child-led, and going surprisingly well), but I havent been super excited about him wearing underwear on all our outings. We live in a mostly urban area, where we walk a lot and public parks dont have restrooms anywhere nearby. Many stores and restaurants also dont have public restrooms. But I figured I better just take the plunge, and why not just bring a potty along with me? This thing has been a lifesaver. I let my son pick the color, so he was excited when it showed up on our doorstep. For the first few days, he even wanted to use it at home instead of using his toddler froggy potty. He previously had no interest in using the regular toilet (the seat is just so big!), but this has helped him convert to it at home and in public restrooms. I now keep the travel potty in my stroller, so we can quickly whip it out at the park or on a walk. Ive used plastic grocery bags and have had no problems. If youre one of the users who feels the potty is unsteady when its on the ground, make sure youve snapped the legs firmly into place. It took me a minute to figure this out, but once they were securely snapped the potty was as sturdy as it needs to be.

> 3 dayThe Potette is great for emergencies! Sometimes my toddler only gives me a 30 seconds heads up when he has to go. I pull out the Potette (with bag already in it ready to go) and he does his business. Its great and convenient. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it would have been nice if it were a little bigger. Sometimes my son pees on his own pants when he goes on the potty.

> 3 dayIf you dont have one of these yet- buy it now! My wife and I LOVE this amazing thing. We are not big fans of letting our kids pee in public, as some are. This portable wonder has allowed us to make emergency potty stops in NYC parks, sidewalks and even on the subway platform. Usually, we just use it in the park when we dont want to go searching for a public toilet (which is often dirty anyhow). Use plastic grocery store bags (double bag them in case one has a hole in it) for lining, then drop them in the trash. So simple, fast, sanitary and easy. Even doubles as a kid sized (and clean) toilet seat for those public restrooms which are less than sanitary.

> 3 dayThis thing is a lifesaver on road trips. My toddler was still in the midst of potty training and she had no issues using this. It converts to a little seat and you can just put a plastic bag insert in there (they sell ones with turtles on them that are great-motivated my girl to pee on the turtles). It also can be used on a regular toilet so a toddler can sit on it comfortable, 2 for 1! This thing is also DURABLE. We used it on a road trip and forgot it once during a stop. Turned around and found that it had been RUN OVER by a car. And you know what, it still works! Didnt get cracked at all and still using it to this day. Wonderful product!

> 3 dayMy kid loves it. Easy to use. Very portable. Well worth the price. I took off one star because when you have to pull the legs out to fold them back up, many times I end up pulling the entire leg off the who contraption. I am not a super strong person but the hinge, as is the entire contraption, is basically just a medium-density plastic and since you only have to pull it out about 1/4, it is super easy to pull it a tad too far. Then you have to snap it back in. This is perhaps all irrelevant once you get the hang of it and be a little more careful and steady as you disengage the legs a little, but when you have a 2yo running off, the last thing you have time to do is to concentrate on carefully snapping the legs back out. I would reconsider the design around this small issue. It doesnt cost much to make these things.
