Arrive very fast, thanks for the Prime shipping. The price is much lower compare to Norton website. I had installed it with my window and mac. No problem at all.

They dont tell you that you have to have a credit card on file and after you agree with the promise that your credit card info can be deleted later, amazingly enough not one customer service agent can tell you how, I figured it out myself. You might think why do I care? If a credit card is on file and youve already cancelled auto-renewal what are the odds that with that info youll get renewed anyway at retail price. Id rather renew my self at a price lower than retail wherever I can find it or maybe Id be disappointed with norton and might want to go with another company. I know I could get a refund but why should I have to lick the calf and have to fix something that should not have happened? As soon as I had this problem I started getting calls from Florida wanting me to renew for $350

Do not order this product. After the product key was accepted it would not download. I needed to contact Norton. So I went on live chat and they gave me a phone # to call, which I did. From there they told me they would check into it so against my better judgment I allowed them to get into my cp. From there it went downhil;l fast! He started hinting around there would be a price for this work. When I told him NO I would not pay etter usiness would be hearing from me, the tech hung up on me. When I went back into Live chat as to this issue, they starten swearing in their language which I belive was Indian dialect. WARNING do not buy Norton from Amazon!

I use this every year. Its really expensive when it auto renews. You have to submit your credit card info to install. Be sure to turn off the auto renew feature after install!! Otherwise its full price charged to your CC after this 1 year subscription runs out.

I’ve used Norton for many years with great success. Problems are few, support has been there when I needed it.

Subscription renewed automatically at $103.00. My fault for not disabling Auto-Renew, but I never received an advance notice for bank account debit. I checked Spam folder and it was not there. My checking account was overdrawn. You cannot simply ask for a credit. Someone overseas argued with me for a while, then tried to sell me another less expensive subscription. I repeated cancel, cancel, cancel, and finally I got my credit. I was on the phone for 30 min, first trying to reach someone, then fighting with the Customer Service rep. What a pain, I do not recommend this product due to the sad customer support.
