Great product that does what it promises

I bought this product and was iffy because of the automatic renewal. It won’t let you use the product without consenting to the annual renewal. So I told myself I will set up an alert to cancel it on the date of activation, which is nov 22 for me. Fast forward, they billed me on October 31 which is 3 weeks prior to activation date. I tried to cancel on October 31 through their website and it would not let me do it automatically. I had to talk to an associate yo do it. I would like this product more without the automatic renewal. So please Norton, remove this feature.

I am a user of Norton Antivirus for many years. This item from Amazon is much cheaper (price) than that offered by Norton during renewal.

This comes with an automatic renewal that you can cancel, but you have to jump through several hoops to get there. Good product, but comes with this one really irritating feature.

Awesome product and security services. Disappointed in Automatic Renewal claws. My family was a 20 plus years user retail purchaser, manually code activation renewal. I am really concerned with security personnel privacy information mandatory pressure. Please,understand I am saddened only by this new policy. Norton was always my Best Security software provider... You cannot buy this product without automatic subscription renewal. You mus activate the product and the opt out of automatic subscription renewal.

I did not need tech support this time but did when I first set it up a year ago. The guy wad great.

The Norton 360 was a challenge to install on my I-MAC. You never know what is next, items pop up with no explanation. Any instruction on line is difficult to understand and then to put the software to use on my MaC. I am not sure if I have installed it correctly. Items pop up for me to add additional whatever and obviously adds to costs. To be fair I am not a tech person, however I am reasonably intelligent, but this software was a mystery and you did not know what would pop up next. The lead you to believe that it is an easy install - but it is not.

I used this product to protect my system for viruses..

Program did not work on my computer.
