Norton 360 Deluxe 2023, Antivirus software for 3 Devices with Auto Renewal - Includes VPN, PC Cloud Backup & Dark Web Monitoring [Key Card]

Not sure how many times in the middle of a task an ad pop up from Norton will show up to sell me on their other products.... Terrible. Not going to renew. You shouldnt be spamming your current customers daily on your other products and not have an option to stop the notifications. What company does that?

I installed the software on three different operating systems with three different versions of Windows - Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. For Windows 7, when the software download completed, it had trouble connecting to the Norton system. After clicking retry 3 or 4 times, it finally connected to the Norton website and completed the installation. The software can create a load on Windows 7, slowing down the system to a screeching halt. Even though the scan was cancelled, it seems to continue running in the background. The Windows 8 and 10 systems run better with the software. My one dislike is the fact that even though the Norton version I paid for through Amazon came with a key code, I was still required to enter my credit card information to proceed with the first download, allowing an automatic renewal of the software when it expires. I have enabled the option to shut off automatic renewal, as there is no indication of what the renewal price will be. I like the option to customize a daily scan time at 2am on one computer, and 3am on the other two computers. I hope this software is effective in blocking viruses and ransomware on my computers.

You cannot buy this product without automatic subscription renewal. You mus activate the product and the opt out of automatic subscription renewal.

There was a time when you bought the Norton software and you received full protection but now its buy this for that problem and this for that and so on and on

I have two Macs. One with intel and one with the M1 chip. The computer with the Intel chip starting freezing up frequently when I installed Norton and once I deleted Norton the freezing stopped. No problems on the Mac with the M1 chip. Dont see many others complaining about freezing up but it definitely happened with me. Also the firewall setup is messy. On both computers even after I say Dont Ask Again, I continue to get pop ups. Also with the firewall many of my applications are listed so that I cant whitelist them in advance. I tried reinstalling and all that wants to install is the VPN. It may be good at antivirus and malware but otherwise it is just a pain.

You cant beat the price for this product I love it I love it I love it.

I did not need tech support this time but did when I first set it up a year ago. The guy wad great.

I have had Norton installed on my computers for over 12 years. Never had an issue with a virus and tech support has been excellent. The $$ price that this was offered was a no brainer in comparison to purchasing at Staples or Best Buy.
