Awesome product and security services. Disappointed in Automatic Renewal claws. My family was a 20 plus years user retail purchaser, manually code activation renewal. I am really concerned with security personnel privacy information mandatory pressure. Please,understand I am saddened only by this new policy. Norton was always my Best Security software provider... I love this antivirus software. This has helped a ton in my personal life like for example, I always try to give my son a limited time online. Norton family gives him a time allowance based on his age for instance, he can only be online for 2 hours M-F and 5 hours on the weekend. I have been looking for something like this for a longtime. Im glad I have finally found some help. It can be really hard to monitor your kids at home when your working at the same time.

Not sure how many times in the middle of a task an ad pop up from Norton will show up to sell me on their other products.... Terrible. Not going to renew. You shouldnt be spamming your current customers daily on your other products and not have an option to stop the notifications. What company does that?

It was not easy to download for non-techies

I worked with Norton Support for close to two hours to get this product to work on my iPhone. COMPLETE waste of my time. I purchased this for three devices and I am now unable to use it.

I have had Norton installed on my computers for over 12 years. Never had an issue with a virus and tech support has been excellent. The $$ price that this was offered was a no brainer in comparison to purchasing at Staples or Best Buy.

Program did not work on my computer.

I am a user of Norton Antivirus for many years. This item from Amazon is much cheaper (price) than that offered by Norton during renewal.

Dont sign up for the auto renewal. May save time but costs market value. Better off looking for a deal on Amazon for 1/4 the price. Originally had the AV and they kept replacing with 360 program. I didnt need all that was offered, just an anti virus program. Tech support is non-existent unless you know where to find it. Then good luck.
