Norton 360 Deluxe 2023, Antivirus software for 3 Devices with Auto Renewal - Includes VPN, PC Cloud Backup & Dark Web Monitoring [Key Card]

I used this product to protect my system for viruses..

I purchased this Norton 360 in February 23. It down loader on my computer fine. Yesterday May 24 2023 I get a message that my computer has not been be protected for 160 days. Tried to down load the PRODUCT KEY & it says to call this 800 number but instead Ben from Norton calls me & says that they will sell me a 5 year plan for $99. I tell Ben NO WAY I still have until February of 2024 on the one I got from Amazon. Ben says they WONT honor the rest of the one I have.

I purchase this every year. It is a lot cheaper than purchasing online directly from Norton. You get everything that they promise on the box and the VPN is great.

You cant beat the price for this product I love it I love it I love it.

First, this was supposed to be a download, said upon purchase the key would be given. It was not. A box with the key was delivered the next day with PRIME. When I downloaded it, it came up as a trial, not the one-year subscription I paid for. It kept asking me to reset my email and password over and over. After a couple hours, I finally got logged in to find they had my address of 6 years ago and I could not change it. They also had my visa info of 6 years ago, no way to change it. Waited 2-1/2 hours to reach someone on a chat line who spent another hour and a half trying to change my address. Finally I got a supervisor who was able to set this up my taking access to my computer and answering questions I had. If you have nothing to do all day and like spending all day on what should be able to be downloaded correctly in a couple minutes, this is for you. However, Id describe it as a worst nightmare situation. Unfortunately I had downloaded what I thought was a one-yr subsription on a 2nd computer, which now I have to uninstall and reinstall what I hope will be the one-year plan.

Good stuff. Have bought Norton several times over the years and it never let me down. This was a good price for 3 devices.

The VPN requires frequent restarts and you are not aware of when it stops

Ive been using Norton for years now. Amazon has the lowest prices on renewing Norton Anti Virus software. I have recommended this to many friends.
