Easy to take and digest capsules

I wish I had started taking these magnesium supplements earlier. They instantly help with my anxiety and panic attacks. They help me wind down at bedtime and help me easily fall asleep and stay asleep. I have much better quality and restorative sleep the nights I take this magnesium supplement. I don’t have to take sleeping pills or anti anxiety medication anymore since I started taking these magnesium supplements. Highly recommend.

Have magnesium deficiency and dr prescribed magnesium “citrate” which isn’t easy to find. Didn’t want gummies. These do the trick.

This product is easy to swallow and has no aftertaste. My bloodwork was great after taking this.

Easy to use. Helps keep me regulate. One a day taken at night does it.

I’ve always liked Pure Encapsulations but, like any other supplement, you’ll run into a lot of money if you need more than one. I appreciate this brand being competitive and, they’re generally more inexpensive than others but, with different bottles of supplements ranging from $10-$30 for a monthly supply, it’s a big hit to the wallet from month to month. That said, I’ve tried a lot of supplements over the years, and Pure Encapsulations are among the best, in my opinion. I say that because, with this brand, I tend to notice more of a difference.

I just received the product today. Will edit my review after I’ve taken them for a couple of weeks to see if they work for the particular issue I’m hoping it will help with. With that said, I am writing this to comment on the placing of the label. You had one job!!! Whoever is putting the additional bar code/product label on the bottle please utilize the entire BLANK space on the bottle to place it. Do NOT place the labels over the extremely important dosage information listed on the manufacture label. Mind you I had to use goo gone to remove the label down to be able to see the dosage.

My functional doctor recommended this brand and dosage. So far so good!
