I have taken this brand of magnesium for about three years. It’s fabulous. I like that the dose is easier to scale up or down based on one’s tolerance for magnesium. With my IBS C (constipation) I’ve found my perfect dose is two pills at night before bed. I ran out of this magnesium and picked up a Costco brand that had each pill with 250 mg per pill. I took one and it didn’t help my gut. When I took two I had horrible diarrhea. 500 mg were too much for me. Magnesium is very specific for each person so you have to find the right dose for your body. This brand makes it easy to find your perfect dose without causing loose stool.

It may be easy to swallow, what I didn’t like some off the pills were coming apart in the bottle and some were already apart in the bottle, I was disappointed, I could cry about it, what’s the point.

We’ve taken this product for more than 3 years. I take it at bedtime. Helps with immunity and sleep.

This is the best magnesium by far that helps with constipation. Does not give laxative effect like Most magnesium citrate blends! I was nervous to try it since I knew mag citrate can give laxative effect, but totally worth it. Perfect dosage and absorbency!

Easy to take and digest capsules

It’s a great product to help keep stool softened. It’s also good for building up magnesium levels since our soils are so depleted of minerals.

Not all vitamins are the same. This one definitely makes a difference. Other Magnesium’s have fillers. This one is pure hence the name

This is capsule form (the best way to take it for both absorption and safety). Pure Encapsulations makes it, and so far, theyre the company that I swear by....I no longer have the medical issues that had become quite serious until I read an article posted by a woman on the internet who had gone through the same thing -- and both of our problems were all attributed to something as simple as low or no magnesium!! No doctor that I saw figured this out (or wanted to tell me about this simple fix)....read up on magnesium -- then when youre convinced, buy THIS one....I cant be more pleased with a supplement than this!!

I ordered these back in May of 2021 but didnt open them until June. When I opened them I thought the package or cap looked odd. It was if they had been in a high heat,almost as if the storage place had had a fire. The container has a strange smell. I am afraid to take them, but as I see I am stuck with them because its past the return date. Such a shame because Ive been taking this brand for a couple of years and have found them to be a good product. And now in February Im getting charged again!?
