I have been using Mg for some time to keep me regular. I am taking 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. I am not totally regular and think I need to increase my dose. But what I have to say is that I tried a lower price Mg, since I take so much, and with that brand I had significant digestive problems. It took me a few weeks to realize it was the Mg causing the problem and I switched back to Pure Encapsulations. My physician recommended this brand so I have proven to myself it is worth the price. I have had no issues with delivery or packaging from this vendor. In reading some other reviews, I do worry about there being counterfeit versions as I have heard about when buying through Amazon but so far I have had no problems. I would expect a vendor to take back a bottle that is clearly defective or potentially tampered with and hope they make good in it.

Been taking them a few weeks. The past few months I’d have leg cramps or just muscle cramps in general on the day of and the day after working out. These definitely seem to be working on that. I can feel like the potential is there, and it just doesn’t happen. Which is good, if I’m going to wake up screaming in the middle of the night, I want it to be from dreams of my wedding day like a normal person.

I suffer from chronic constipation and have tried ALOT of different things, my next resort was going to have to be prescription medication but gave these a shot first and man do they work!!!! It took several weeks for my body to get use to them and I had to figure how many worked for me, but since I have taking them I have NO problems going!!! Highly highly recommend trying. I have learned they do NOT work if I don’t take them right after I eat. So I take three as soon as I’m done with supper every night!!! They are a little big, but it’s not too bad.

Not all vitamins are the same. This one definitely makes a difference. Other Magnesium’s have fillers. This one is pure hence the name
