It may be easy to swallow, what I didn’t like some off the pills were coming apart in the bottle and some were already apart in the bottle, I was disappointed, I could cry about it, what’s the point.

It’s a great product to help keep stool softened. It’s also good for building up magnesium levels since our soils are so depleted of minerals.

I am trying these in order to get a more restful nights sleep. Normally I dream so much I am very tired when I wake even when its over 8 hours. So I started by taking one capsule the first few nights. Then went to two capsules. Was relaxed upon going to bed and slept without remembering the vivid dreams. So I was waking up feeling much better. But the the other aspect kicked in. Was going to the bathroom way too much and at odd times also. So went back to one. Stomach thing stopped, but the sleeping thing went back too. So I am going to try splitting the doses. Taking one after dinner then one before bed. Well see what happens. If no then I will have to try the magnesium glycinate for sure. Funny thing is they do not bother the wife like they do me.

I have trouble getting back to sleep if I wake up during the night and this helps. Also, I sometimes have achy legs which also is alleviated. Recommend trying at least for the 45 days if you have these concerns.

Easy to swallow with no flavor, absorbs very well and aids with other medication absorption

I purchased this item due to finding out that it would help with leg cramps/charlie horses in my calves and also migraines. I was given magnesium while in the ER for a migraine, new to me! I have been using this product for a week and have not had one leg cramp/charlie horse in almost a week. I noticed they started to decrease almost immediately and are now gone. I am also sleeping better, I take sleeping pills due to insomnia and Im hoping to stop those eventually. I have had no issues with them bothering my stomach, as some supplements have done in the past. Overall Im feeling better and will continue to take these.
