> 3 dayThis is a compound in Africa I am monitoring from USA. This system is very good. The zoom mechanism is owesome. Night vision is also good but could be improved. Tech support is however not great. Last time I called just trying to ask about cables the 3rd party company that assists them just couldnt help. They said they do not offer full support, just where to buy the product.

Greater than one weekI was concerned that no manual other than a small installation quick start guide was supplied. Once installed, operation is very intuitive. Want to watch on a phone? Simply scan the QR code after installing the app and within moments, you have all the cameras on your phone. Want audio on your phone? Click on the speaker icon, enable audio, and you hear incredibly clear audio! Love this system, I’m ordering another system fin another property.

> 3 dayI have had this system installed now for a year and a half. ITS GLITCHY!! Installed with cats underground cable, super heavy duty. Made my own connections and theyre perfect. Single cable per camera. Cameras will randomly lose signal. Sometimes they come back on Sometimes not. Reset cams and NVR. Sometimes works. Bought 2 new cameras RLC-810A, my 8 camera kit came with 8 B800 cameras. Thought I was buying the same. Once again more problems. Tech support ( speaks terrible english) says the RLC-810A cams are not compatible with my NVR. THEY ARE COMPATABLE. Today I have 5 b800 and 2 RLC-810A installed and its working fine. Well see what happens tomorrow. Wouldnt buy again
