This product was very easy to navigate through!

We have had for a year and a half now. Works great. Amazing. No problems at all with cameras or system.

Night vision is great

The cameras are great, but the app is very difficult to use in my opinion. The notifications are very clunky and 99% show nothing when they say someone is there. This result in you scrubbing through the recording trying to figure out what set the camera off. In IOS trying to scrub forward in a recording in portrait orientation is borderline impossible. I click on the icon to fast forward and nothing happens, switch to landscape and it’s fine. Love the cameras, despise the current state of the software user experience.

How do I get a replacement camera. 1 camera arrived dead and non working. I want a replacement camera

After years of use I dropped 1 star. Though they have great customer service I didnt think Id have to contact them so much. A few cameras (1 from this original order) didnt work but were replaced quickly. Most of the hardware and set up was easy to use. Their software however is really bad. very buggy on the computer and on the phone. Constantly crashes or glitches, loads playback really slowly. EVerything is local so the internet should not be an issue yet they claim its my 1 gigabit connection hooked up with CAT9 heavy duty cables. I already purchased 2 systems and several additional cameras for multiple properties and the ease of set up is excellent. But this weak software has just been so horrendous that I am here changing my review. In 3 years I hope to to upgrade and not downgrade the stars. Original subject and body of review Easy set up, plenty of wires and parts. Image quality is meh for 4K Comes with everything you need and some extra, easy set up and configuration, but the image quality is mehh for 4K HD. I think the regular version cameras are fine to use too.

Easy setup.. Im building a house and wanted to stage all the electronics before final implementation I set everything in a rack in my living room. Easy setup Clear instructions Everything you will need is included. The HDMI output to a monitor or TV displays beautifully with a large variety of formats The display on my iPhone is equally fantastic. The cameras appear well manufactured and felt robust The NVR has a three TB hard drive This should be ample for up to a week of motion sensed recording The price may appear a little high but i believe you get what you pay for Highly recommended

The documentation is really lacking, fortunately the startup walks through most everything you need. I have a monitor connected to the NVR as well as the app running on an iPhone and windows PC all of which work great. I replaced a Q-SEE system this if a far better system Excellent customer service. Every time I contacted Reolink by email, had a Quick and thorough response. I am very impressed.

This is a compound in Africa I am monitoring from USA. This system is very good. The zoom mechanism is owesome. Night vision is also good but could be improved. Tech support is however not great. Last time I called just trying to ask about cables the 3rd party company that assists them just couldnt help. They said they do not offer full support, just where to buy the product.
