> 3 dayI was concerned that no manual other than a small installation quick start guide was supplied. Once installed, operation is very intuitive. Want to watch on a phone? Simply scan the QR code after installing the app and within moments, you have all the cameras on your phone. Want audio on your phone? Click on the speaker icon, enable audio, and you hear incredibly clear audio! Love this system, I’m ordering another system fin another property.

> 3 daySo far so good. Purchased the bullet style camera so can’t say anything about dome ones. I didn’t use the supplied cat5e cables. I ran a quality cat6 cable and tested each cable so I know my cable is good. After install I updated the nvr and camera firmware. Picture quality is awesome during the day . Night vision is ok but was Improved once I adjust and brightness. Tech support can’t say, never used it. I like the camera set. So far I have installed 2 systems and both are great. I worked on a system that had amcrest. Good luck with there junk. They had a 8 channel dvr and their system says supports 16 but need a switch. Yeah good luck with their slow choppy videos and nvr that can’t handle the load. This is a better buy. If your on the fence between reolink and amcrest get the reolink. You will be happy. Several months and this system is still working with zero issues. Dont know why some people have issues with the nvr. Make sure to update the cameras and nvr.

> 3 dayI purchased the Reolink 4k, 16 channel system. Definitely not 4k resolution. Overall, good picture, Easy setup.would have been worth the price if I got 4k resolution because that’s what I paid for.

> 3 dayYou can see from the picture that there is a 1/4 of water in the camera the lines is fogy and it burnt out the night vision of the camera. I emailed them about this situation and another have had no response from them. There is no phone # its all on line. There Web sight could be a lot better hard to navigate. They say the cameras are weather proof but looking at some other clients they say they are not. Easy to set up but terrible customer support. Well after some Time they were able to help me out, something about an e-mail problem They did replace the camera and it works well. A contact # would be helpful. Im Happy.

Greater than one weekI’ve been on a waiting list for this security system from the manufacturer and on Amazon and I’m glad I didn’t settle with another maker. It provides and satisfies my security needs.

> 3 daySo the system I installed for one of my clients was a 4K POE 16-CH system. After 2 days of use 1 of the cameras stopped showing up on the monitor but would buffer in and out via remote view on her phone. My first thought maybe the cat 5 line was bad, so I tested the line and it passed. I email Reolink warranty department to get a replacement camera and that didn’t go as planned. I’ve did all of the troubleshooting, sent pics, sent videos, via 4 back and forth emails from Reolink. And they still want me to do more troubleshooting. Smh.... This is a complete inconvenience. I was going to use them for my go-to camera brand but not with all this run-around crap. Update: 10/27/20. Warranty department helped me out on this purchase and my future purchases. Will shop with them again.
