Does what it says itll do for a good price. Setup was fast and easy. The phone app could use a little polishing, but gets the job done. We recently bought their camera doorbell that integrates into the app. Supposedly it will also connect with this NVR, but so far I havent been able to accomplish that. Still need to reach out to tech support.

The documentation is really lacking, fortunately the startup walks through most everything you need. I have a monitor connected to the NVR as well as the app running on an iPhone and windows PC all of which work great. I replaced a Q-SEE system this if a far better system Excellent customer service. Every time I contacted Reolink by email, had a Quick and thorough response. I am very impressed.

I live in a turn of the century farmhouse. 1907. Thick wall. Lots of walls. The wireless system I was using kept losing signal. After researching, decided to try these PoE cameras. While a bit of a pain to run cables from inside, to basement, to outside the house, it was worth it. Never lose signal. Pictures is amazing at 4k. Night vision is easily 100 feet and clear as glass. It just worked out of the box, no hassles. (I did upgrade to CAT6 Cables. 300 ft.) The android app actually looks better than my TV screen. For remote access, its nearly identical to being on my wifi at home with the mobile app and my cell phone away from home. Cameras open fairly quickly, and still have great picture. On 4g anyway. This is the 3rd security system Ive bought. First 2 were wireless. This will be the last system Ill have to buy for quite awhile. I was hesitant to spend this kind of money at first, but it was worth it.

After 4 months the camera stop connecting to the cellphone. Contacted Reolink and no one returned emails. Stay away

These cameras are professional looking. They are heavy for their size. Does not appear to be cheaply made. Arrived as described with all the cables and recorder packed securely in one box. I purchased junction boxes separately for a neater look after installation. My wife is going to feel much more secure now… “Happy wife, happy life”. I wish they would recommend some TV’s and monitors to pair with this system.
