Good for the money, but the boundary strips you have to put down on the floor are pretty ugly and definitely make me wish I had just got a Roomba. But then again this is literally 1/4 the price so it depends if you can afford better. If not this does the job but you also spend a lot of time getting it unstuck and pulling kids toys and socks and whatever else my kids leave on the ground for this to get stuck on. But, then again my floors are pretty clean and I dont have to do it, so, theres that.

I love this thing! Run it every day at least twice a day, its powerful enough to collect medium and small crumbles, its low profile allow for.ir to go under certain furniture others - pricier robots- cant. Im happy with my purchase, I would purchase again. The one thing I wish last longer is the battery, but it still runs for over an hour at max suction with one charge. Very satisfied!

The specs looked impressive and there were plenty of positive reviews so I gave it a shot. For a couple months, I was thrilled with it. I got into my routine of making a pass around the house to collect random dog toys each evening and he would happily wander around the house the next morning. He wasnt a fan of the little bathroom carpets (a thick shag style mat) so we learned to keep the bathroom doors. We went along happily like this for a couple months, then he got sick. He started running the same area over and over and running in circles. I couldnt find anything that actually specifies the warranty on this vacuum, so I emailed their tech support. They requested a video of what he was doing so I sent it over. They replied that it was working normally. We had used it every day for months and it was absolutely not normal. I explained that and sent more videos of him wandering aimlessly in circles. They again told me it was normal. So all I could do is request an exchange through Amazon. I returned him and the new one arrived. Upon setting up and charging the new one, it instantly made a an awful grinding noise from the main roller. I pulled the roller and checked for obstructions. Nothing was found, but I noted that the bearings had a definite tight spot that wasnt present on the previous vacuum. I gave it a couple weeks hoping it would smooth out and quiet down. Instead, it got continually louder. Disappointed yet again, I returned it and started the search for a different brand. At the end of the day, when it worked it was pretty good. Sucked up an impressive amount of dirt even when I thought the floors were clean. Had plenty of battery life to vacuum all the areas I wanted done. On the normal suction setting it was quiet enough to not annoy you too much. Pretty easy to maintain and even include a little brush/cutter for cleaning the roller. So when it works its great, you just have to hope for one that works.

The almost twice as expensive Shark AI mop & vac with mapping technology, could never map my house correctly and would totally miss sections of rooms. It also always got stuck on a small 3 drop down into the living room, but this one does that also. Although the mopping on this unit is pretty lame (water only) and it has issues making its way back to the dock to recharge, I def. do like this machine more. It gets a lot of pet hair, comes with a remote and is easy to use. I highly recommend the Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo.

I bought this product to help keep our luxury vinyl floors clean. We have a dog, a cat and two children. It is fantastic for dealing with pet hair. The suction is great and it gets into edges well too. When you are in bare feet, you can tell the difference. The mopping is great too. It doesnt get stubborn dried on things but I think it does a good job for this type of vacuum. The noise level isnt loud but it isnt silent either. I would say a low humming. The remote is good too when you have a spill to clean up. Its easy to use. I would recommend staying home the first time you use it in case it gets stuck somewhere. We had it get caught on an extension cord underneath our bed. It also tries to get under our couch and dressers and gets stuck. The magnetic tape that comes with it can help it stop trying to go under these things or just blocking the area with an object while using it. In short, I love this thing. It is well worth the money.

I have a Corgi. A very hairy Corgi. The Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop has helped cut down on the amount of hair tumbleweeds so much that I am amazed. I have another brand of robot vac that I quit using because it would always get stuck and didn’t do a very good job. With the Tikom, I just let it run every day for it’s entire battery life (which is also quite good) and I’m impressed with the amount of hair and dirt that it finds even when I think my floors are already clean. It lost one of its little side brushes yesterday, but fortunately it comes with a replacement set. I also contacted their customer service via email to order more and they were very responsive, getting back to me in less than a day. I’m throwing away its shipping box, because there is No Way I’m returning this!!

I am honestly shocked at the price point of this vac. This thing is feature packed and works like a charm. I would not expect a vacuum of this quality at this price point. I had a neato branded vac before this and it was more expensive, had zero features, and stopped working a few months into use. Pros: -Super quiet even on max suction.(I recommend setting to Strong). I actually thought it wasnt running when I first turned it on because you could barely hear it. -Easy to use app with tons of smarts. I have it set to mop on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and vacuum on MWF. Works with IoT. -Very low profile- will easily fit under most furniture. -Battery life is superb. It cleaned the entire first floor of my house and still had 70% battery remaining. Cons: -Mop function left something to be desired. Definitely needs to be on the highest water setting in order to get the whole pad wet. Treat it like a Swiffer. It doesnt scrub. -The dust bin is tiny. You will have to empty this after every run. -The pattern of cleaning seems efficient, but the mapping feature seems weak.
