> 3 dayAfter two weeks of comparative research among different brands of robot vacuum cleaners, I bought the Tikom G8000 Pro. I gave it to my daughter to try since I’m only visiting and do not live here. After the first cleanup with the Tikom G8000 Pro, both my daughter and I fell in love with it! Its cleaning is immaculate. It’s user friendly and easy to set up. Even the mopping function is surprisingly effective! Equally important is the customer support service, which exceeded my expectations. I am a fully satisfied customer and highly recommend the Tikom G8000 Pro to anyone who wants to enjoy a clean home using a really smart robot vacuum and mop!

> 3 dayWe have a Dyson for pet hair. For a few years we thought it was doing great. Then, the first time we ran the Tikom, we realized how much hair we were missing! We have one for our downstairs, which is completely tiled. The sound from the vac is minimal depending on the suction that you set it on. If its running in the other room Im even able to watch the TV. The surprise was the upstairs that is carpeted. It is GROSS knowing how much dust and dirt the old vac had not been picking up. Emptying the dustbin is easy. Maintenance is straightforward. We are very happy with the purchase and highly recommend.

> 3 dayWith six kids and three dogs my floor is always dirty! I like the idea of daily sweeping, but with our schedule that is not reality. I was against the idea of a robot vacuum as I have never hired anyone to clean my house and considered it a luxury. I bought because the price point was amazing. I had no idea what to expect, but I am thrilled with the purchase. Andrew (I have no idea why my 12 yo named him Andrew) gets more dog hair and dirt than you can get with a broom. He gets in nooks and crannies very well. I start the cycle when we head to bed and wake up with a clean floor. I also run the mop part every night. In the morning the dirt bin is full and the water is empty. I still mop with my shark once a week as we bring in a lot of dirt. It is an easy mop as there is no dirt. It has gotten used to our downstairs and is more efficient than at the beginning. I brought it upstairs and was surprised it worked up there too - I guess I thought it would just have memory for one floor. Upstairs gets swept and mopped once a week. I have two bedrooms with carpet. It picked up dog hair and maybe some dirt. It got stuck under a dresser drawer and a trundle bed - I am guessing that the carpet makes it easier to get stuck?? It is amazing on my hardwood and the bathroom tile.

> 3 dayPros & Cons at bottom of post I am surprised that this robot vacuum found dirt to pick up after I used my normal push vacuum. It decided it was time to head back to the base at 16% battery. I was VERY impressed with how much it picked up on a light traffic floor of the house with 1 cat. While it will go over coax cable, make sure to pick up any unsecured cables on the floor. It managed to untangle itself several times due to my laziness and curiosity of how it would handle different obstacles. Also, a 2 meter long CVS receipt *almost* managed to clog it. However, the little vacuum kept going. Receipt trailing behind. The app is simple and easy to use. I use the carpet boost option, as it will be going from tile to carpet. My personal opinion, max suction is a waste of battery for hard floors; yet great for my low & medium length carpets. I fully charged the vacuum before use (as the instructions state to do). It took around 4.5 hours for a full charge from 16% battery. Pros: Great suction, works on pet hair, good run time, determined when stuck & can untangle itself, app works well, notifications on my phone, vacuums efficiently by mapping the floor, doesnt fall down stairs, respects (magnetic strip) boundaries, no issues going from carpet to tile to an area rug, easy empty dust bin, includes a brush/hair cutting tool built in, and not too loud. Cons: Will wedge itself under some 3 spaces (sofa, table, chair) and become stuck (but easily fixed with a magnetic boundary), the cat doesnt ride on it like Ive seen in those adorable videos, the app has a location access nag screen (but the app can still be used without enabling location)

10-04-2025Let me start off by saying i don’t know how I ever dealt with my floors before this thing. I have two pitbulls that shed like crazy everywhere and I felt like I was constantly sweeping and vacuuming. This little machine picks up SO MUCH fur and dirt that they carry into my house. I honestly was not expecting it to work as well as it does. Even on my carpet, it picks up everything. I use it every day and I’m obsessed. I will never go without one ever again.

> 3 dayLets start off with the good; the vac does a good job doing what its supposed to- vacuuming. The mop is ok- it basically gets the floor wet,it does not get anything like stains up. The downside: I named mine Jr because like a child, it can not be left alone for long-maybe to take a call in the other room, but not for long. And I would certainly never leave it unattended, such as leave the house. Frequently I have to either take over manually to get it to the next area of the house. Or, what I now find easier, is to pick it up and carry it there. Then start it up again, because the manual mode is very slow driving. I was expecting it to learn the house but I am guessing this model does not have that feature. I have found startng it in a different location that I initially had It, did improve its performance in regards to more floorspace being covered without intervention. Overall: vacuums well, but often has trouble navigating around on its own. Sometimes it does better than others , but I cant think of any time I havent had to help Jr along to get the area completely covered. If you dont mind having a helper that you have to occasionally monitor and correct then this is a good product. If youre looking for something where you can just leave it alone and let it do its thing. Im not sure this has a capability. Maybe my house is just more complex than I expect. But I did not find myself able to do that. Additional note: this vacuum definitely does not get 150 minutes as advertised. I would say close to an hour, before it announces it needs to recharge because its battery is low.

> 3 dayI was tired of my old robot vac from the name brand company and when a sale happened, I decided to get a new one. After a lot of searching, I ended up selecting this Tikom one. I was curious to try one that had a mop function, plus I appreciated that it had a lot more suction power listed than my old one. Fast forward to today and I am so happy I made the purchase! My carpets havent looked this clean since before I got my two cats. It easily fills the bin every day and runs a good amount of time before running out of battery. It is persistent and will tug your cords out if you dont put them up somewhere. I also recommend picking paper up off the floor or it will look a bit crumpled. Only a couple of spots where it may get stuck under the couch, but otherwise clears obstacles pretty well. The thin design allows it to get to a few more spots than my old one did. It also does a much better job of getting the corners and getting everywhere! It is also so much quieter than my old one. Sometimes I dont even hear it when it is in the same room as me. Best of all, it usually makes it way back to home base (the other one rarely did). I have yet to try the mop function as I have a mix of carpet and laminate flooring, but I am looking forward to the day I test it. I also have not played around too much with the app functions and the remote, but it does pretty well for me not probably setting the best settings. I do have it set to auto-clean every day. If you are looking for a new robot vacuum, then definitely give this one a look! For the price, it does a pretty great job.
