Deliver red quickly and excellent value for the money. Exceptional suction compared to other vacuums. Mopping is the basic dragging of the mop pad over the floors so no scrubbing action and only removes surface dirt when mopping. I spray Linen spray on the floors prior to running in so it spreads the fragrance around. So while the vacuum power is great, the mopping is just average. Really great at finding its way around but gets stuck on chairs and stools with slanted legs sometimes. Also, always finds its way home but starts the search for the charging base at about 17% and takes some time to find it, so you don’t really get the full battery potential. Still, better than Robot and some Roborock models which often can’t get to the charger before dying. At least Tikom does, eventually. Would be the perfect robot vacuum/mop combo at three times the price with improved mopping/scrubbing capability and better find base capability. Also, the manual setting (so you can move it right, left etc) does not work at all. But overall, excellent vacuum

UPDATE 12-1-22 - Still working great and did purchase a second one for my basement area that is working great as well. Bought this one to replace my Shark ion 725 that had recently broke. I was not a huge fan of the Shark Ion since it was purchased so i knew i wanted to look for another manufacturer and came across this Tikom. The suction power and reviews made it stand out to make my short list. I have been very glad so far. Super easy directions to follow and setup. Same with the App i installed on my iphone. So far i have ran this a handful of times and it does not have the issues my previous Shark ion did. For example old Shark would push small mats in front of sink, for example until it is pinned they would go on top and vacuum so you also have to put mats back after running. That has not happened once with the Tikom. It goes right on top of the mat without moving it. Pros - Love the App, great suction, doesnt seem to get hung up at places my old one would Cons - I have not ran this on carpet so I have no feedback. I bought this strictly for the Kitchen Hardwood area Conclusion is I would buy again and may buy another one for my basement.

We got this as a second robotic vacuum, deciding to give a different brand a shot for our kitchen floors from the Shark we got the first time around for our carpet. So far we are very impressed with how well this thing works. It seems to map its progress around space far more intelligently than our first vacuum (which seems to have the logic of a potato built in). This one rarely if ever gets stuck and the grabber arms do a fantastic job getting into corners. Battery life wise we are also extremely impressed, this thing just goes on seemingly forever on a single charge. The mop feature doesnt work with any kind of cleaning solution, so its basically a hot water wipe for your floors. This isnt exactly ideal, I would really like to see them come up with a version that lets you use a cleaner of some sort, but for a daily or semi-daily routine it does a great job cutting down on the dog fur and dust, which was our main goal. Overall this does exactly what we got it for and hopefully the company continues to progress its units. We tried it on the carpet to run a comparison vs. our first one, it doesnt do quite as well, but is still pretty good. This ones also built specifically for hard floors though, so take that with a grain of salt, we just did it to see how well it did because we were curious. Wed definitely buy this again, especially for the price. Hopefully it proves to be durable in the long run, we use the heck out of our vacuums, so time will tell. But, if it holds up I definitely can see myself buying future models from this company, especially as they make better and better units going forward.

Let me start off by saying i don’t know how I ever dealt with my floors before this thing. I have two pitbulls that shed like crazy everywhere and I felt like I was constantly sweeping and vacuuming. This little machine picks up SO MUCH fur and dirt that they carry into my house. I honestly was not expecting it to work as well as it does. Even on my carpet, it picks up everything. I use it every day and I’m obsessed. I will never go without one ever again.

If replacement parts were easy to purchase this thing would be 5 stars. Long battery life and easy to take apart and clean. For the price you aren’t going to find a better robot vacuum.

I have four robot vacuums. This one is the best so far. More powerful than others. Mop works well, but it doesn’t scrub at all, just wipes. I use the mopping feature each time to keep up with the need to mop.

I’m obsessed with having my floor clean. I don’t allow shoes in the house. And you need to clean your feet w a wipey if they’re dirty. I hate dirty feet on my furniture and bed so every single night I swept and mopped. I thought there had to be something out there that mopped for me. There is! And it’s at such a great price!! I can’t believe I didn’t get this sooner. Saves me so much time. You have to prepare the room just like if you were to sweep and mop (pick up small rugs, roll up sides of huge rugs, and of course pick up clutter) but it does it for you. I prepare a room at a time, place it on the floor, turn it on, Shut the door, and it’s done! My mudroom is notorious for dirt. I throw all the rugs and mats in the washer. Place the tikom to clean, shut the door and my whole Laundry room is squeaky clean again and I didn’t have to do a thing. Saves so much time I’m in love. I have no complaints. It picks up everything and actually mops with a lot of water. Enough water to soak dried up dirt and swipe clean but not so much water that it takes forever to dry. Amazing.

Gets lost and wanders or cant get out of a tight spot and just keeps cleaning the same spot until you move it
