After much deliberation I purchased this guy to replace my Neato D5. It is so nice to have a vacuum that does what it’s supposed to do. Despite daily vacuuming with the Neato, the first time I ran this one I was floored (haha) by the amount of dust it picked up. The coolest thing is that you can track it real-time in the app as it cleans, so when it got stuck the other day I was able to use the manual clean cycle to maneuver it just enough to get it unstuck so it could continue on with its journey. I don’t intend to use the mop cycle, but am very impressed with the vacuuming cycle.

Welcome this new beautiful Robot Sweep and Mop Combo, in addition to my two MI robot vacuums to my home. I was shopping for a new one to be used in my new guest house, and I need a more compact one that also comes with mop feature. I decided to give this one a try due to promotional price, good features, great looking and clear description of the product on Amazon. I got the machine very next day after I ordered. The set up of the vacuum is very easy, the phone apps and remote control both work very well in controlling and directing the robot. Personally I used more often with the phone as the mobile app is designed very well and user friendly, and you can schedule the sweep/mop conveniently. However when set up this Robot WiFi, you do need to manually key in SSDI and WiFi passcode. The features I particularly like are: - Quiet operation even with strongest suction. - Directional moving instead of randomly running around so it wont miss any spots. - More compact and thinner than most of Robot Vacuums so it can clean some low areas where regular vacuums cannot reach. - Super easy to set up, and really no need to read manual at all to work the machine (as long as you have the phone app connected). The brushes are very easily to clip on, no tools needed. - Works well with different type of surfaces: wood/tile floor, carpet, and all different thickness of the floor mat. - Battery last good amount of time, and it goes back to recharge when needed. - The dust bucket is easy to empty out and clean up. - Nice to have the replacement brush, filter and magnetic strips in the packaging. The improvement can be made: 1. The battery can be charged faster. 2. Since i have so many area rugs in the house, I wish I could have more magnetic strips for mopping. 3. Wish the machine can auto detect the rug/carpet and not have to use magnetic strip when mopping. Overall I would highly recommend this vacuum combo, especially with this attractive price.

Update: KEEPING IT although it wont return to station. I prefer to clean by hand (detergents) so mop feature not used & unimportant. Pros: QUIET; No pets or kids, little foot traffic. So cleans well for my needs. Have NOT used mop feature. Cons: Over 3 hrs and 2 headaches CANNOT get wi-fi to sync with mobile for audible alerts. Naturally, device gets stuck - furniture, etc. Took half day to find Tikom. Downloaded TuyaSmart. Now feel real dumb. Sorry, must return - cant connect wi-fi. Paying more for another device is well worth my sanity.

Picks up all the pet hair and mops. The battery lasts 3x longer than my last robovac and does a far superior job. My last vac was the most well known. One down side the app for it is junk

We have a Dyson for pet hair. For a few years we thought it was doing great. Then, the first time we ran the Tikom, we realized how much hair we were missing! We have one for our downstairs, which is completely tiled. The sound from the vac is minimal depending on the suction that you set it on. If its running in the other room Im even able to watch the TV. The surprise was the upstairs that is carpeted. It is GROSS knowing how much dust and dirt the old vac had not been picking up. Emptying the dustbin is easy. Maintenance is straightforward. We are very happy with the purchase and highly recommend.

Pros & Cons at bottom of post I am surprised that this robot vacuum found dirt to pick up after I used my normal push vacuum. It decided it was time to head back to the base at 16% battery. I was VERY impressed with how much it picked up on a light traffic floor of the house with 1 cat. While it will go over coax cable, make sure to pick up any unsecured cables on the floor. It managed to untangle itself several times due to my laziness and curiosity of how it would handle different obstacles. Also, a 2 meter long CVS receipt *almost* managed to clog it. However, the little vacuum kept going. Receipt trailing behind. The app is simple and easy to use. I use the carpet boost option, as it will be going from tile to carpet. My personal opinion, max suction is a waste of battery for hard floors; yet great for my low & medium length carpets. I fully charged the vacuum before use (as the instructions state to do). It took around 4.5 hours for a full charge from 16% battery. Pros: Great suction, works on pet hair, good run time, determined when stuck & can untangle itself, app works well, notifications on my phone, vacuums efficiently by mapping the floor, doesnt fall down stairs, respects (magnetic strip) boundaries, no issues going from carpet to tile to an area rug, easy empty dust bin, includes a brush/hair cutting tool built in, and not too loud. Cons: Will wedge itself under some 3 spaces (sofa, table, chair) and become stuck (but easily fixed with a magnetic boundary), the cat doesnt ride on it like Ive seen in those adorable videos, the app has a location access nag screen (but the app can still be used without enabling location)

I really liked this product but had to return it. The instructions on what it can and cant do are spot on. I liked the low level sound it made when it was working and being able to set a timer for cleaning. Unfortunately i have some no- go zones in my house and not enough strips and I didnt want to purchase them either. I also have carpets on my vinyl that are not recommended for use with this robot.

If replacement parts were easy to purchase this thing would be 5 stars. Long battery life and easy to take apart and clean. For the price you aren’t going to find a better robot vacuum.
