I have an older Roborock & a Roomba i3, and this one is the best of them all. Its powerful, and the dust bin being on top is way easier to clean out than side-loading Roomba i3 dust bin. It has two side brushes, a pair of extra side brushes, an extra filter, boundary strip tape to block off areas you dont want the vacuum to go. It also has thoughtful additions like a tiny brush/razor located right near the dust bin, to use if there is too much hair on the main vacuum brush - because it has its own little spot inside the vacuum, it wont get lost. Ive lost a bunch of these and this is a simple feature I appreciate! They also give you some double sided 3M tape to keep the vacuum dock in place. My Roomba dock would constantly move around, I never realized to do such a simple trick to keep it in place. I likely wont use the mopping feature, but Im glad its there in case I want to try it. Volume wise, its about as loud as the other vacuum robots Ive tried. The app is a simple & clean interface, easy to use. All in all, good value and great competition to the big brand names out there!

We had an issue with our robot and I emailed support. Within a day, I received an answer and within a week the issue has been resolved.

Welcome this new beautiful Robot Sweep and Mop Combo, in addition to my two MI robot vacuums to my home. I was shopping for a new one to be used in my new guest house, and I need a more compact one that also comes with mop feature. I decided to give this one a try due to promotional price, good features, great looking and clear description of the product on Amazon. I got the machine very next day after I ordered. The set up of the vacuum is very easy, the phone apps and remote control both work very well in controlling and directing the robot. Personally I used more often with the phone as the mobile app is designed very well and user friendly, and you can schedule the sweep/mop conveniently. However when set up this Robot WiFi, you do need to manually key in SSDI and WiFi passcode. The features I particularly like are: - Quiet operation even with strongest suction. - Directional moving instead of randomly running around so it wont miss any spots. - More compact and thinner than most of Robot Vacuums so it can clean some low areas where regular vacuums cannot reach. - Super easy to set up, and really no need to read manual at all to work the machine (as long as you have the phone app connected). The brushes are very easily to clip on, no tools needed. - Works well with different type of surfaces: wood/tile floor, carpet, and all different thickness of the floor mat. - Battery last good amount of time, and it goes back to recharge when needed. - The dust bucket is easy to empty out and clean up. - Nice to have the replacement brush, filter and magnetic strips in the packaging. The improvement can be made: 1. The battery can be charged faster. 2. Since i have so many area rugs in the house, I wish I could have more magnetic strips for mopping. 3. Wish the machine can auto detect the rug/carpet and not have to use magnetic strip when mopping. Overall I would highly recommend this vacuum combo, especially with this attractive price.

Lets start off with the good; the vac does a good job doing what its supposed to- vacuuming. The mop is ok- it basically gets the floor wet,it does not get anything like stains up. The downside: I named mine Jr because like a child, it can not be left alone for long-maybe to take a call in the other room, but not for long. And I would certainly never leave it unattended, such as leave the house. Frequently I have to either take over manually to get it to the next area of the house. Or, what I now find easier, is to pick it up and carry it there. Then start it up again, because the manual mode is very slow driving. I was expecting it to learn the house but I am guessing this model does not have that feature. I have found startng it in a different location that I initially had It, did improve its performance in regards to more floorspace being covered without intervention. Overall: vacuums well, but often has trouble navigating around on its own. Sometimes it does better than others , but I cant think of any time I havent had to help Jr along to get the area completely covered. If you dont mind having a helper that you have to occasionally monitor and correct then this is a good product. If youre looking for something where you can just leave it alone and let it do its thing. Im not sure this has a capability. Maybe my house is just more complex than I expect. But I did not find myself able to do that. Additional note: this vacuum definitely does not get 150 minutes as advertised. I would say close to an hour, before it announces it needs to recharge because its battery is low.

I am honestly shocked at the price point of this vac. This thing is feature packed and works like a charm. I would not expect a vacuum of this quality at this price point. I had a neato branded vac before this and it was more expensive, had zero features, and stopped working a few months into use. Pros: -Super quiet even on max suction.(I recommend setting to Strong). I actually thought it wasnt running when I first turned it on because you could barely hear it. -Easy to use app with tons of smarts. I have it set to mop on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and vacuum on MWF. Works with IoT. -Very low profile- will easily fit under most furniture. -Battery life is superb. It cleaned the entire first floor of my house and still had 70% battery remaining. Cons: -Mop function left something to be desired. Definitely needs to be on the highest water setting in order to get the whole pad wet. Treat it like a Swiffer. It doesnt scrub. -The dust bin is tiny. You will have to empty this after every run. -The pattern of cleaning seems efficient, but the mapping feature seems weak.

But wow. I haven’t seen my floors this clean since I used to hire a lady to help me clean twice a month. This is pure heaven. I returned 3 robots before this one. This is definitely the winner. I love the remote control feature where I can guide it, but normally I just let it go. He is our new little buddy and even my mom who was a huge skeptic and wanted me to return it before I took it out of the box, is now a believer. We love our robot and we hope Tikom keeps making good products like these. Sometimes a company starts getting bad after the first initial batches but we hope they continue to thrive and grow and keep making great products for years to come. Definitely a brand to look out for in my honest opinion. Thank you!

I confirm that Tikom is the best robotic vacuum cleaner and I am glad that I did not make a mistake when I bought it. He finds garbage even in a clean room, perfectly cleans the house and washes it. Before that, we had a Robot for 2 years, it did not work badly, but this Tikon is my favorite and assistant. I love quality things, not cheap ones, I enjoy interacting with them. I advise everyone to buy only Tikom, this is the best vacuum cleaner and you will be very pleased with it.
