Greater than one weekAfter much deliberation I purchased this guy to replace my Neato D5. It is so nice to have a vacuum that does what it’s supposed to do. Despite daily vacuuming with the Neato, the first time I ran this one I was floored (haha) by the amount of dust it picked up. The coolest thing is that you can track it real-time in the app as it cleans, so when it got stuck the other day I was able to use the manual clean cycle to maneuver it just enough to get it unstuck so it could continue on with its journey. I don’t intend to use the mop cycle, but am very impressed with the vacuuming cycle.

Greater than one weekSo far I’m loving this little guy. He’s my new best friend! My floors have never been cleaned. I have two cats and foster dogs, so animal hair gets pretty crazy around here, and I really hate sweeping, and a normal vacuum is cumbersome and tends to blow hair around. I haven’t played with many of the features yet, such as mopping or carpet boost because I haven’t needed to. I have all hard flooring with some rugs and it cleans them all. It usually runs for an hour and a half or more before it needs to charge (and covers all seven rooms of the main level), I let it charge up for a couple of hours, and run it again. The only downside I see is that it’s doesn’t find it’s way back to the charge if it’s too far away, but that’s fine by me. I take the time to empty the dust bin and clean the roller, then set it down in the same room as the charger and tell it to go charge. There’s a lip in the floor one of my rooms that close to an inch high. The vacuum gets stuck on it, sometimes it can get over, sometimes it can’t, but I don’t think that’s the vacuums fault. Otherwise it transfers between all the different flooring effortlessly. It sores under the couches seamlessly, which is fantastic, because let’s face it, there is no way I can clean under them with a standard vacuum. Basically, I love this thing. It’s always been my dream to have a robot vacuum (this is not a hyperbole), and on a drunken whim one night I ordered this and couldn’t be happier!

> 3 dayI bought the roomba 650 in 2017. I changed the brush, kept it clean and it finally broke down. I decided on this vacuum due to the reviews, price and utility. The mop is a swifter, and the brush length is smaller than the roomba. That being said, it runs on a daily basis and has kept my floors clean in between my monthly professional cleanings. I will give a 6 month and one year review once it has reached that time. Currently 5 stars.

Greater than one weekI purchased this vacuum to replace the Brand R that was old and ready to go away. The price was right, features were right, but I had never heard of Tikom. I took a chance. The lower height was a big plus, because the old one frequently got stuck under cabinet fronts. The Tikom was getting stuck under a few pieces of furniture, but I compensate by adding weather stripping or furniture pads to prevent this. This unit is much quieter that my previous robot vacuum, and the battery runs the unit for almost 3 hours, even though it is only supposed to last two hours. Performance exceeds performance of my previous robot vacuum in every area that matters. I have not used the mop feature, and probably will not. I may decide to try the App and Voice control, but I doubt it. One suggestion for improvement is that the dust bin should be larger. It picks up more dust and dirt than my previous vacuum, but the dust bin is not any bigger, maybe smaller. All in all, I am very pleased with my Tikom. We named her Donna.

> 3 dayNever owned a robot vacuum, and Im glad I went with this one to get me started. Very pleased with this purchase. The suction could be a touch better, but I have two dogs so the floors are typically a mess. Overall, very satisfied with how clean the floors are after the vacuum does it thing. Noise level is about as loud as a box fan, which I dont mind, but again, the dogs dont love it. Oh well. I havent found a need to use the remote yet, so no opinion on that. Its easy to start the cleaning cycle by pressing the on button, and the vacuum goes back to its charger once the floor is completed. You can download the app too if you want to operate the vacuum away from home, but I havent had the need for that yet either.

Greater than one weekI love this vacuum. Still figuring it out but it picks up well! Mopping even works on my wood floor even though it doesn’t pick up real dirty spots but it gets the layer of dust and pet hair off. I’m enjoying using it. No more back pain!

Greater than one weekThe unit itself worked ok for a week or so. Mapping function is unimpressive, but it was nice to be able to use the Wi-Fi to start it remotely. It was also nice to control the suction power and some other features remotely. After the first week, the unit would stop working and state the main brush was stuck. When inspected, there would be no obstruction. With a simple push of a button, the unit would then run again for a 10-20 minutes before repeating the issue. No amount of cleaning or disassembly could fix it. To be clear, the unit would encounter this problem in the middle of hardwood floor. The mopping function seemed gimmicky-you can only use water and the tank is small. I doubt anyone would purchase this for that function, in any event. It did not seem smart. My old unit would bounce around and eventually clean a good amount of floor space, I never expected it to clean the entire floor. This unit spent more time going over the same area again and again. It did not seem to be learning from its tracks. As a positive, and when working, it did seem to pick up a lot of hair and debris. I ended up returning it.
