> 3 dayThis is very quiet and will run a finish and brad nailed perfectly.so small and easily moveable it is fantastic.this is my new second favorite compressor brand the best is Castair.if you want a compressor that will last 20 years buy castair.they sell directly and they are very well priced. And American made.this one looks to be made in Taiwan at least the motor is anyway.rest of it looks like American parts.Taiwan is better than chinese.dewalt, porter cable, craftsman,Hitachi all made in china.senco makes a great unit for a very reasonable price.highly recommended!

> 3 dayI bought this for only two tasks: filling tires and blowing out dust from my computer. It works very well for both. My main problem is for tires as the tank depletes so quickly and takes a good bit to fill all the way up. However this is in no way a design or function problem of this air compressor, it is solely based on the tank size is small, which I knew when I bought it. Since I do not need to fill my tires up in 30 seconds or my car will explode, it is not the end of the world if I have to wait a few minutes for the tank to fill up. I can generally fill one tire with the tank at full and then have to wait for it to pressurize all the way back up before the next tire. Still, seeing as it works for what I wanted and has always worked when I use it, I am happy with my purchase and would probably repurchase or might opt for a minimum of a 2 gallon on the next purchase.

> 3 dayLooove this little compressor. Its very lightweight and small. Takes up a lot less space in my truck than my pancake compressor. It is also very quiet. Sounds like a loud refrigerator or window ac. Not obnoxiously loud like the pancake model. Perfect for my small jobs where its just me working and not needing a large air volume. It will even supply enough air for my framing nailer. It cycles on about every 2nd or 3rd nail when using the framing nailer, less often with a smaller nailer. This is my go to compressor now when Im working alone.

Greater than one weekThis little compressor is just what I was looking for! If youve got to do a little trim work and dont want to lug the big boy out, this is light and very quiet! It is not made to frame a house with! Small jobs where you dont want to break your back! It does cycle a lot, but it is only one gallon. That is to be expected. I bet(with the right regulator/filter) it would make a great airbrush compressor! Love this thing!!

> 3 dayThis is the cutest little compressor I have ever seen with a tank. I wouldnt use it for any nailing like many of the other reviewers. I have a 1hp Craftsman with a 5 gal tank on wheels to do that. I bought this to inflate medical cart and hose reel cart tires. for that it will work fine. It only pumped up to 125lbs.,. not the 150. Took about 1 1/2 minutes the first time. Seems to cut in around 90 psi and shuts off at 125 psi. For ANY nailing contrary to the other reviews, using this would drive me crazy waiting for it to pump up.

> 3 dayIm a job lead for a general contractor, this little compressor seems to do everything it is supposed to do! As long as you are setting your expectations up for success it should not disappoint. A lot of the existing reviews are spot on, trim guns, great! Roofing and framing guns, not at all, the only time Id even consider those is if I only had a few nails to shoot and a paslode gun was not handy, but at that point Id still hand drive nails first....... My 16g Hitachi brad gun is about all this compressor can handle, after about 10 shots I have to wait for the compressor to catch up. Which is ok when installing a board or two at a time, not so ok if you are expecting to nail a whole room full of precut trim off in one go. It will keep up handily with my 18g brad nailer, I put it though its paces a couple weeks ago installing 3 1/8 bead boards for wainscoting. I installed 12 straight boards, stopping every 4th board to chck plumb, and it was running almost continuously, but did not leave me short of air. I havnt used it with a 23g pinner yet, but Im sure it would be perfectly fine. Dont hook your air blower up and expect to get more then a few seconds worth of air, thats simply not what this unit is designed for. The power cord is a reasonable length, 6 or so, Ive coupled my compressor with a 25 flexeel hose and its so light/quiet/compact moving it from room to room as you go is not really much of an annoyance. I dont know if running a longer hose would create too much pressure drop. I did use this to air up a couple tires on my truck just to see how it went. Poor bugger had to cycle 3 times to add 10lbs of air to each tire. Not great really, but did the job in a pinch. Anyway, to sum things up, as long as you dont expect too much from this fine little machine, you wont be unhappy. It is a part time use machine, really only suited for trim guns!

> 3 dayI bought this Senco PC1010 after doing a lot of research on quiet air compressors that I could use for indoor projects such as airbrushing, light carpentry and blowing out computers and electronics. I have to say this units reputation as quiet is well deserved, it is surprisingly quiet, the quietest air compressor by far that Ive ever heard. Its also nicely compact in size, and pretty light weight while seeming to be of good quality construction as Senco is known for. The quietness does mean this is not a compressor has limits in terms of volume produced in a period of time, if youre hoping to do more than airbrushing, use a pneumatic nailer more than a few shots at a time, or have any high volume requirements this unit will not work. In order for it to go from an empty tank to full pressure (125 psi) it will take about a minute or slightly more, when it cycles it takes less time but you shouldnt expect this unit to be able to run a paint sprayer, fill a large tire quickly, run a framing nailer quickly, or any other high volume usage. The pump is also oil-less which is great for when you need air that doesnt have small amounts of oil disbursed in the air which is nice for indoor usage, or tasks like airbrushing, cleaning dust off things, etc. however realize that an oil-less pump will not last as long as one that is lubricated in an oil bath, so this compressor is better suited to light duty work. It also does not have a filter on the output, one can be added by purchasing a filter/dryer and removing the chuck and adding a few short lengths of 1/4 pipe and an elbow if you needed to. Overall this is a great compressor for indoor light usage where keeping the peace is of primary concern.

> 3 dayNice lightweight Compressor. very well made and quiet too. You can hardly hear it run. Not for large jobs requiring a lot of CFM but great for an air brush or filling bicycle and motorcycle tires as well. Car tires, maybe if you gave the time to wait a while. Air tools like an impact wrench or sander, no way, not enough air delivery. Its very light (20 pounds) and has no mark rubber feet. Well balanced. Only requires 4 amps to run (1/2) horsepower capacitor start motor. The only downside I see other than the wide spread between maximum pressure 130 psi full and 100 psi cut in, is the hard to get to location of the compressor air filter, its located in the side of the compressor housing close to the air tank with very limited space to remove it (for cleaning). Other than those drawbacks its well worth the price and should last (with reasonable care), many, many years.

> 3 dayWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!!! I bought this compressor in July 2014, I am a professional carpenter and most of my work is building cabinets and furniture in my shop. I used this compressor in the field for about 4 months....very gently might I add...its still in the origional box. The motor/pressure switch went bad on it and I had to take it to an authorized service center to have it repaired under warranty. No Problem right ? Well maybe a little problem. Two authorized service centesr listed on the web page near my home tell me they dont do Senco anymore so I have to keep driving farther and farther. Eventually I get to one that does service Senco....30 miles from home. The repair was done, at no cost to me....but wait !!! 30 miles times 2 is 60 miles plus a second trip to pick it up. In an F250 that 8 gallons of fuel, add the 4 hours of drive time , which is lost wages because Im not on a job making money and Ive now exceeded the cost of the unit. OH BUT IT GETS BETTER. Two months later the same thing goes wrong with it. This time I email Senco directly asking for another solution. They send me a form letter stating the warranty policies and to take it to an authorized service center I calmly reply saying that is not an option and would like a replacement unit since Ive at this point payed for the unit TWICE. Their reply was to send it to them and theyd fix it or replace it as necessary. I was thinking that was an OK option but then they said I would have to pay for shipping..... BOTH WAYS !!! So either way Id be paying for the unit agian ?!?!?!? WTF ???? Anyone who knows me says Im meticulous about the care and maintenance of my equipment. I have many Senco air nailers and they all get oiled before they come off the truck for every use. I dont abuse my tools...they are livelihood. As a professional I rely on my tools but I know things go wrong sometimes. The customer service department for Senco is sooooooo poor and the experiance Ive had is soooooo bad that I will never purchase another Senco product again. How can a company think that it is appropriate to force a consumer to pay out of pocket more than the cost of the product to use the warranty ? NEVER BY A SENCO PRODUCT
