> 3 dayFirst. I love this little robot. I’ve named her Rosie. She vacuums dust, sand and dog hair wonderfully and without any fuss. I schedule her to vacuum every morning since I have 3 dogs and a lot of dog hair. Second… I hate this robot. I thought the sensors were upgraded to detect dog poop. This was a selling point for me since I have dogs that sometimes have accidents and I’ve heard horror stories. Now I have a horror story if my own. Now, trust me that I didn’t put poop somewhere to test out the sensors bc I absolutely did not but here we are. An hour later after cleaning poo from my beloved robot vacuum… from every tread of both very nice wheels, every crevice and screw on the underside of my wonderful household helper. I still have to deep clean EVERY FLOOR she vacuumed AFTER she vacuumed poo bc of course the poo was in the first room. I am filled with rage that has fueled me to write this pleasant review about poo sensors on my robot vacuum not working. Also… in case of these incidents, I feel like the entire bottom of the vacuum should be easier to clean. It was a nightmare to get it all.

> 3 dayTo start with the straightforward stuff, it is a fantastic product for those looking for something simple to keep their rooms clean when they cannot do this. I would not recommend it for super heavy cleaning of tons and tons of fur if you have a husky or another large shedder. I do not have any pets, so this was fine with me. I use it in my basement because it gets pretty dusty down there fairly quickly. It keeps it very clean, especially from all the debris knocked off of shoes. The app was, at first, minimal and did not provide much control over the robot. But they just recently released an update that shows a more clean interface, and it allows you to pause the robot if there’s an issue. Before there was no pause button, so it would be difficult to resume it when the robot would get stuck in a situation. It definitely takes more than a few runs to learn your room and to stop running into things. I have watched it slowly grasp where everything is, and it has finally stopped running into problems as much. It used to get stuck under my computer chair, but now it recognizes it and completely ignores it. It does an excellent job of cleaning dust, debris, and even little critters. There are 3 different modes to choose from when it comes to suction strength: • Eco mode is suitable for light cleaning around the rooms if you want to save the battery and such. • Normal mode works fine if you are doing a regular clean. I mainly use this mode because it cleans the best while reaching all rooms without running out of battery. • Max mode will cause it to lose battery much quicker, but it will clean at the maximum suction. This mode is excellent for these types of situations. However, I would not recommend using this mode if the area you are cleaning is large in size.

> 3 dayI bought this vacuum 4 months ago and its been one of the best purchases Ive ever made. We now have 2 golden retrievers and sweeping/mopping/vacuuming twice a week wasnt touching our floors. There were hair bunnies in all the corners of the rooms. I run this vacuum daily, sometimes twice a day. Its the hardest working member of my household and has a place in my heart for all it does for me ;) Huge time saver. Worth every penny. This was my first robot vacuum. I loved it so much I bought an old used earlier Shark model off Facebook marketplace. Def not the same. This model is much better. Having the dock to empty to is a game changer for a big home and lots of dog hair. Otherwise, Id be babysitting it all day and might as well do the vacuuming myself. It took about 2 weeks to see a change in it becoming more efficient as it had mapped out the house more. I love it. Cant say enough good things. Ill never not have one anymore.

> 3 dayWe purchased this product over a year ago now. With a toddler and a big dog we were looking for a great robot vacuum. The first 6-8 months were GREAT! The vacuum ran as scheduled and our house was super clean. After about a year we noticed a serious decline in this product. Often it forgets the map, and sometimes when I log into the app is a completely different house mapped then ours. the vacuum frequently skips some rooms as well. It will avoid some furniture, but others it will continuously run into it 3-4 times in a row before moving on. It also gets stuck in an idle mode at least 2x a week. It goes around the house like it’s cleaning but doesn’t pick up anything. We clean the filter 1-2x a month since we use it so frequently, and empty the base about once a month. Overall it’s nice, but this is more of a spot clean item and isn’t reliable enough to pick up all the mess you would hope it would. We purchased it for 1/2 off, but I would NEVER pay full price

> 3 dayBought this during a huge discount period on Amazon. Happy with the performance, but the bot will not stick to the designated schedule that we programmed in the app. It starts at the correct time, but on days that will have programmed to NOT run, or days when we DO have it programmed to run. It has a mind of its own.

> 3 dayPros: I have a shedding lab and the unit works great getting the hair off the hardwood floors. It rarely gets stuck under furniture or tangled in power cords. Gets dirt and hair out from under the smallest crevasses with its front sweeper brushes. Empties itself when complete. Cons: Its a little noisy when cleaning, especially when emptying itself into the main container. The mapping system is inaccurate at times with the machine hunting for the base station for several minutes. Ill send the machine to a single room to clean, but it seams to partially clean other areas as well. Doesnt get up the dog hair thats on the rug. I bust out the large upright vac for that. In all its really worth the price and the pros far outweigh the cons. Works much better than my first robot cleaner I bought in 2017. Its like day and night better! If the mapping worked better Id give it 5 stars.

> 3 dayOwned for 8 months. It runs twice a day, cleans till battery is drained doing 1400 square feet. 2 dogs 3 cats and two young boys. It is frustrating when you get a debris stuck error and when it gets confused. When it breaks I would buy another one.

> 3 dayThis AV911 S EZ works much better than its overpriced, Over complicated Brother the AV2501AE. The 911 does its scheduled duties without any whining other than an occasional sock consumption and always has a lot of hair in its dustbin. On the other hand the 2501 looses its WIFI connection and stops doing its weekly schedule, WHY does it need WIFI to function? Probably just to gather information on your homes square footage and send back to the mother ship. Oh to get it back on the WIFI takes over 15 minutes of deleting it then reinstalling it.
