> 3 dayNote, these REQUIRE a 4th neutral wire! I had to have our Contractor run a 4th wire in order for these to work. After that, no issues. Easy Alexa integration.

> 3 dayAfter wiring these switches up, I tried to put the first one in to wifi setup mode. At first, it looked like a fast blink, but it just never got picked up by the Smart Life app. I also could not see a new MAC/IP address on my router (it does 2.4 and 5.0Ghz and has different names for each SSID). Also, the light it was controlling would just turn off after 3-4 seconds. Thats when I noticed it was flashing a blink code. Im not positive, but I think it was 7-6-4-3. I reached out to the email address mentioned in many of the other reviews, and while they did respond, they just kept telling me to read all of the instructions. This went back and forth a few times, and finally I just ordered two of the Martin Jerry smart switches. I have 5 of their wall plugs, and they all work great. After connecting the Martin Jerry switches, they just worked and setup was as easy as these should have been since they both use the Smart Life app. There was nothing wrong with my wiring or my network. These switches are KS-602. There is zero info on google about any blink codes, but there does seem to be a website that has people discussing flashing them with their custom firmware. Interesting hobby idea, but thats not for me. Also, I was only finding one other switch that came in a 2 gang kit (it is a KS-602s - I didnt want to risk it), so all I had to do was go buy a new face plate for the Martin Jerry switches. Other people on here are giving these switches 4 and 5 stars, so they must work, but somehow I got two duds. Its not the end of the world, but the amount of time I had to spend assuring Lulu with their support was excessive and a bit aggravating due to what I assume is a language difference. If you work with them, be patient. I did feel like they were genuinely trying to help.

> 3 dayFinally a smart home device that doesnt drive me nuts trying to pair and setup. One switch was straight forward and the other was a 3 way. I disabled the third wire for the 3 way with a wire nut. Dont need 2 switches if its voice operated. Paired seamlessly with my smart phone using the Smart Life app. Enabled Smart Life app with Alexa and now voice controlled. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. I rated a 4 on durability as I just installed. Note: There are videos on YouTube for wiring these up. Be careful, ensure good strong connections, and by all means turn the breaker off when working with the wiring.

02-04-2025This light switch was easy to install but not because of the instructions. With some prep work on YouTube was able to figure everything out. Absolutely must check your house wiring before you even purchase it. Make sure you have a neutral line. Hold down the power button for about 5 seconds after it’s installed, that’s when the light for the WiFi begins to blink. Use the app to add it and In my case Alexa found it as soon as I added it to the SmartLife App. Works perfectly, I am very satisfied. Already ordered a couple of more and once those are in a final round to finish my entire house with these light switches. Would like to see one without any WiFi features because in my home multiple switches control the same light and would like to change those to have an uniform look.

> 3 dayThis product was a little rough to install but overall loved the look and functionality. However we have only had it installed for 3 months and the button for one of the switches is falling off and will not reattach.

Greater than one weekIn the process of changing out my traditional light switches with smart switches i have purchased some other brands but this switch seemed of higher quality. instructions were clear and the installation was easy. Connects quickly to my network (I use the smart life app and google home) and looks great I would highly recommend, and will look purchase additional switches from this company

> 3 dayLove these switches. I am not an electrician but a really good DIY guy. I was able to install this quickly once I learned about the Neutral wire that should be in all new houses. Cant define new but my house was built in 2017. Anyway, the instructions are straighforward once you know how to find the netural, which should be the white wire bundle stuck in each wall recepticle. Review the instructions to see how you add a connection to the neutral wire and it is done. If you know all of this, and have a 12 awg wire to connect to the neutral wire, the install is about 10 mins. (Perhaps you can tell I did not know what the neutral wire was and it took me some time to understand how electricity flows in a house. I leaner a bunch!!). These switches are fun to use with Alexa and the Smarthings app.

> 3 dayThe store was not to cooperative as these are only listed on the USA (.com) indicates on Canada (.ca)site in a month. Store said order it on .com. So you will pay duty. The switch is made of plastic including the mounting portion of the switch so don’t tighten to tight or it will crack. Also switch is slightly larger then cover plate. So have file the cover plate. Switch requires a hard push for the switch to operate and must be pressed on the power light. . Works with smart Life, Alexa and google home. Switch mounting holes are one horizontal one vertical so can not adjust so it fits in the cover plate with mutable switches.

Greater than one weekAfter 6 months, one of the 2 switches just dropped off the radar. Tried repeatedly over a couple of days to reinstall onto WiFi with no success. The mate to it never had a problem in the same period. Contacted the e-mail support and got some advice but initially that did not solve the issue. After a couple of days, tried a fresh whole new install and it worked. Switch works well with Alexa to the extent that nothing works really well with Alexa. Mostly the problem on the Alexa side is Alexa also forgetting what WiFi it is using and name mis-recognition for the light switch.
