> 3 dayI love the fact I can turn on my fan when my husband leaves for work in the morning, and then turn it off when I want to get out of bed without getting too cold. Very easy to install, very easy to set up. My only issue, and its probably just me, is that the light is a little bright, so the LED light thats in the switch itself is kind of bright.

Greater than one weekInstalled with no difficulty. Downloaded app. Went through complex programming; guidance available only in app and very awkward. Worked manually and through scheduled on and off for a few days. Then scheduled functions did not occur. Still worked manually and showed operation to be scheduled but all failed to occur. Repeated app download and set up several times, still no response to scheduled events. Removed and replaced with KASA.

> 3 dayThis was easy to install. App is ok, but i use google home to voice control the switches. Integration between apps was easy. I now have every switch in my home replaced with these smart switches. Great value for your money and works perfectly! I will offer a bit of tech advise. These switches run off of 2.4ghz wifi, now why is this important to note? Some of the newer routers even those stock from internet provider, come with automatic switching betwee 2.4ghz and 5ghz. This is usually achieved by using the same ssid. Well, most smart phones connect to 5ghz automatically when possible. So when you are initially setting up this product i recommend you either manually switch to 2.4ghz on your phone or temporarily disable the 5ghz on your router. If your switch is on 2.4ghz and your phone is on 5ghz the app will not find the device.

> 3 dayBought this for my kitchen -- over sink and main kitchen light. An electrician installed, and I said I would take care of the wifi part. This one was a different brand than Id previously purchased. After multiple tech support (Amazon) chats, multiple App downloads, I still couldnt get it to connect to my wifi. I gave up for a month. Retackled it today after reading another review which mentioned a different app. Downloaded that, reset the switch, and was finally able to get connected and get Alexa to turn my lights off and on. Interestingly enough -- when I connected to Alexa, both apps showed up (Smart Home and Turo). So, YAY. Electrician had no problems with install and now that its working, I love it -- the same as all my other Alexa controlled items :D.

Greater than one weekThe product is well made and works great, but the jumper wires that come with the product is the wrong kind of jumper wires. The wires should be a solid wire not a shredded wire. The reason: when the jumper wire is placed into wifi plug, the set screws will not tighten down on the shredded wires enough to hold it securely. In the photo, the jumper wire is the shredded wire the other wire is a solid wire.

> 3 dayI tried and tried to get it to sync with wifi. I could get it work sometime, then it would lose it. The instructions are not very helpful and their tech support is somewhere that I cannot find them

Greater than one weekThese take up a lot more room in your electrical box inside the wall. If you can put a deeper one in that would be beneficial. And if your house is anything like mine get some electrical tape and an assortment of wire nuts.

> 3 daySwitch’s were nice in the beginning…. And then the problems started. They are constantly going offline… requiring me to flip breakers to get them to reset. On 4 of them the glass has come off and are falling down. Save your money get something else.
