> 3 dayThe package arrived quickly. Easy to install (Just remove and replace your 3 screws from the Dyson) slide a DeWalt battery on and your Good-To-Go. Original Dyson battery (2yrs old) lost charge quickly (lasted less than 5min). This adapter using our DeWalt battery has not shown any difference in the operation of the vacuum. Works GREAT and were able to swap out the DeWalt battery quickly and keep on with the cleaning. Its only been 2 days, so time will tell how well it holds up.

> 3 dayEasy to install. With the DeWalt battery adapter installed, vacuum would run intermittently. Remove battery and reinstall vacuum would run for a few more seconds then cut out again. Tried multiple DeWalt batteries. Returned adapter.

> 3 dayGreat idea, poor execution. I tried 2 of these, both didnt work correctly. I would get about 5 seconds of power, then shutoff. Have to pull and re-insert battery, gets another 5 seconds, repeat.

> 3 dayAfter installation if I try to run the Dyson V8 on Max Suction, it will run for1 sec and stop. Only works on Low suction mode.

> 3 dayThese adapters only work on the low power setting. I tried it on 2 different fully operational dyson v8 vacuums and neither worked so I figured I just got a defective one and switched out a replacement, but had the same result with the replacement, so these just dont work on max power.

> 3 daySo I purchased this because I’m on my third oem battery replacement and I hate those battery that only last 2-3 min on full ballast and now I can use my 6ah battery and I can change it when the battery runs out and that’s like 20-30 min later I’m all done with vacuuming only down side no oem charging port but that’s minimal
