Title is somehow misleading. I bought this because i needed a smart plug that doesn’t depend on wi-fi thinking that i will be able to switch on and off using the bluetooth connection only. However i struggled to make it work and contacted customer support which insisted that it can be done. after two days of back and forth with CS, they finally admitted it can’t be operated by bluetooth only. So the bad news is that it’s not really a bluetooth controlled device, and you’ll need wifi to use it. (That’s why i gave it 4 and not five stars). The good news is that CS is responsive (although was initially incorrect) and that the device works great when on wifi. So if you didn’t buy it because of the bluetooth title you’ll be pleased. Overall good product.

Not very intuitive to set up schedules but email support is very helpful. I would buy again.

Had a problem on installation. The app saw my 5 GHz home WiFi network and I tried to use it but it wouldnt connect you must use the 2.4 GHz network. Once I switched it worked fine.

I received a pair of the smart plugs as a beta tester. Ive used another brand for a couple of years. It seems to not have a sunrise/sunset option in the app. I do like that if the AC power drops out, the light does not come on when power is restored. Overall, they have been working as expected for several months. Very happy with them.

I ordered and received a 2-pack of Volt smart plugs. Set the first one up with a bit of a learning curve but its all installed and accepting voice commands via Alexa. The 2nd one was dead. I contacted Vonts support line via web and got a response within an hour. They are sending a free replacement. So far, Im happy with the product and their customer support.

I bought these plugs for my grow lights so I can keep my indoor plants on a light schedule. Integrating the plugs to Alexa was pretty straightforward but what I noticed was that the lights would turn on and off 50% of the time when the plugs were put on a schedule. I end up checking my phone every day to make sure that the lights are actually on or off. I bought the plugs to make my life more convenient but it seems to be doing the opposite.

I wanted something that would work well with Google home. This does.

Bought these so I could remotely activate my laser cutter, fans, lights, and water pump which is 200’ from my desktop. Walking back and forth to turn the laser on to send it a file was becoming a real hassle. These worked perfectly. Set up was a breeze, securing them to only my account and updating the firmware went flawlessly. Absolutely recommend.
