I purchased one pack of 2, one was installed within minutes and the other did not work. I contacted customer service, they troubleshooted with me and after confirming that they could not get it to work, the company sent me a replacement without any hassle. The plugs work fine, this is my first smart plug so I have nothing to compare to. The app is user friendly, I use the plugs for my growlights and I can set a schedule, and turn it on/ remotely which was exactly what I need it for. Ive been using it for a few months now, no problems with the devices

These plugs work great. I bought four and three worked great. Had a problem with one but customer support took care and sent me a new one. I use them for lighting all over the house. Especially like the schedule feature. Very powerful and flexible.

I have a number of wyze products already so, for me, it was super easy to connect these plugs to my wifi and get them working. At most, 1 minute per plug. The key, of course, is the program while they are closer to the router and then move them to their final destination. And, unlike many other plugs that are 10-amp, these wyze plugs are 15-amp plugs which gives me a little more versatility as to what i can plug into the outlet. These plugs are smaller than some other wifi-plugs but still not small enough where i can stack one above the other on the same wall outlet. The integration with alexa has worked seamlessly, and i can easily turn these wifi plugs off and on just using verbal commands. All-in-all, very nice wifi plugs that I will get quite a bit of use out of.

Previously using T-Mobile and an M9 hotspot. These plugs worked fine. Upgraded to the inseego M2000 5G hotspot, Wyze cameras work fine, plugs no longer. Working with Wyze support about the problem tried all the troubleshooting still no luck getting them to work. Wyze provided me with new ones same result they still wouldnt work. I submitted my test and photographs to Wyze hopefully they can find a firmware fix. UPDATE: 4/17/22 Im not sure why but I got the plugs to work. After they set in a box for a month I thought well Ill try again. This time I tried holding the side button in position prior to plugging it into the socket and it acted like it was brand new and worked. Could be Wxye app update did something? Happy now.

Works well. Connected to my wifi easily. Got it so my wife wouldnt leave her hair appliances on/plugged in and burn down the house. So far, so good

These Wyze plugs are unreliable rubbish. Dont waste your time. When you actually use them to turn on and off a light, within a week or less of use turning on a small table lamp with an LED bulb, I have had all 4 plugs fail that I purchased. That is an amazing 100% failure rate within 1 week! One of the 4 plugs could never update the firmware and never operated. The other 3 initialized and worked great for a few days. Here is the failure pattern, after they appear to work great on day 1: First there is latency in the plug turning on/off when controlled with the app. Then it sometimes would not respond at all to the on/off control of the app. Then the plug lost its ability to connect to the network. (Mind you, the network never moved and it was fine when the plug was set up and operated for a few days.) After it lost the ability to connect, it tried for hours to connect to the network, blinking a blue light. The device then got warm. This failure process could happen within 24 hours, or within a few days. No power on/off or factory resets or anything revived it. Wyze tech support had no useful information. Lets face it - who needs a plug with this bad of reliability? You need these things to work reliable when you are not home babysitting/plugsitting them! Wyze has clearly put in very low-cost communications circuitry that fails. In contrast, we have 7 Wyze cameras that are working *so far*. They are outside and are connected to the identical network that the plugs could not connect to, even they are much farther away. Wyze must put very cheap circuitry in their plugs and better circuitry in their cams. I was going to buy their switch, but I fear that they have the same terrible technology as the plug. We also own some WEMO plugs. They perform far better, and we will go back to that manufacturer. The WEMO software is awful, but at least the hardware works. The Wyze hardware has a stunning failure rate.

I love how I can control this from my app while at work! I leave my tiny dog home alone super early when it’s still dark, and I was sick of paying to leave my lights on all day. This works great so I can shut it off after a little while I’m at work. Alexa works great with it at home too!
