Great product!

Havent used it yet on wood, but it certainly throws really great sparks. Lots of spacing to use the included striker with it, so you dont have to worry much about short stroking the Ferro rod. Pretty safe to assume itll light stuff on fire. Ill definitely buy more of these (cause I seem to lose them all the time). This is my go-to striker if I want a dedicated fire steel. Will be buying a couple more.

I bought this for my adventuresome 9 year old who loves everything outdoors. He has been able to easily use this tool to start fires (under supervision). He loves it and it teaches good survival skills.
