> 24 hourLove it!! But holding the button down to use it non stop is RIDICULOUS!!!!! I dont have arthritis (diagnosed) or carper tunnel (diagnosed) but I can not go more than 4 minutes without my hands, arms and wrists cramping to the point I have to stop because of how much pain I am in from holding down the button consistently just to mop my kitchen!!!!! COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! The fact they couldnt make it a one touch like pretty much every other machine was very disappointing and frustrating. Back to looking for a new machine and sending this one back. I really thought this machine was the one and it would have been minus the button issue....

> 24 hourLove how light it is and easy to store with the included holder. My main complaint is the trigger for the steam has no lock so you have to squeeze the whole time. With arthritic hands its hard. I thought it would go under my furniture so I dont have to move it. Not so the angle of the mop and the shape of the mechanism doesnt allow it to go fully under the furniture.

> 24 hourI was excited to try it even based on the not so good reviews. I hooked it up and found that I could NOT hold the handle as the steam heating up made the handle very very HOT! And then the steamed water started leaking on my hand. Burning my fingers? I have not read this out of the reviews so not sure if it got damaged when delivered?? So disappointed but willing to giving it another Shot as a replacement. We shall see. so disappointed.

> 24 hourVery good user manual with text as well as diagrams. I received it Sunday and operated it almost immediately after assembling unit both as floor mop and handheld steamer to clean dirty floor tile grout. Although this steamer did return the original appearance of our grout, it was slow. I calculated it would require 10 plus hours to steam our kitchen floor grout. I switched to cleaning grout with a tile clearer solution and grout brush and following up with the steamer. (I also used my small shop vac to vacuum the dirty water). I like that the small tools fit into a holder which should help me not to misplace them. I would like to see a short tube for the hand held unit and a swivel head for the small pad. They could be offered at additional cost.

> 24 hourWorked wonders on my grout. Highly recommend. Good to note that it may still take some scrubbing. Dont expect it to melt away the dirt like magic, but it is definitely more effective than abrasive cleaners and safer for my home. Purchased for my grout, but have used it on my stovetop, mopping my floors, steaming a wrinkled jacket, and cleaning my stone countertops. Have not been disappointed. Cleans thoroughly and sanitizes which is a bonus in todays times. For a household tool 9/10. The only downfall I found was that it is not cordless. But the cord is very long, so distance hasnt been an issue. I only need to move plugs when I move rooms.

> 24 hourMore than for floors, I use this product everywhere. Its really great for grout in the bathrooms and kitchen and does a great job on windows and faucets.

> 24 hourPros: Easy to assemble, works as advertised, cleans my floor tile without spreading all the dirt into the tile grout. Cons: I’m 5’5” tall and the height of the mop is too short for me and causes back pain while using. The trigger switch is too small, and requires much pressure to keep the steam feeding into the mop head. My husband puts an electrical tie over the switch to hold the switch in the down position so I can use the mop without having to change my grip constantly. When I am finished steaming, we cut the electrical tie off and store the mop for the next use. There should be a lock/unlock mechanism on the switch and there should be an extender available to make the mop longer. Would be a better product if the two design issues I noted above are corrected.
