Loved my first Brother. Bought 2 of these for the office. After a few months, they both alarm out with low toner message. Put in new toner and still cant reset. I assume theres a bad sensor in the loop somewhere. Save your money and buy a more reliable machine.

Replaced an older Brother printer with this unit. Hardest part of the setup was removing it from the shipping box. Once it was connected to the computer it was ready to print. Print speed much improved over my old printer and the print quality was much better.

This is the best little monochrome printer Ive owned. It prints fast and clear black and grey images. Its great for letters, school papers and file copies. I love the fact that it stays in sleep mode when not in use and kicks in really quickly when I send a job to print. Its very quiet and the black ink is nice and dark. Also the size is great to fit on a bookshelf or in the corner of a desk. Its perfect for home or light business use.

Nice wireless laser printer. Initially had some issues connecting to the wifi, but after turning off and on, it connected without problem during the set up process. It is a very fast printer and the quality is of your typical laser. For the price, I would highly recommend. After 3 weeks of use, we have no complaints.

I have a home base business and use two printers. This is my main workhorse and I particularly like it since they finally designed it to accommodate a full ream of paper (500 sheets) instead of a puny 250. Its advertised as a business printer so at least 500 sheet capacity makes sense. It has worked flawlessly so far .

We bought this printer for our cabin over a year ago. It does not get used much but that does not affect the printing. Our inkjet needs cleaning every time it isnt used for a couple of weeks. It prints fast. Its quiet. I love the printing on both sides. Easy set up. The size is okay. It is only black and white...but we dont need color. Ive printed velum and card stock in the printer. Its all good. I recommend this printer.

I am using this printer on an iMac and a MacBook. I have never been able to get quality printing from it. Very light print regardless of high resolution settings. I had many chats and emails with Brother personnel. Nothing they suggested worked. They have no idea what is wrong but they claim the printer is doing what it is supposed to do. I am going to have to trash this printer and buy something else. A real disappointment.

I have had this printer for about 60 days now and I have had continuous toner leakage on my paper output. I have several case numbers with Brother customer service trying to resolve this issue but all they want to do is replace the toner cartridges. Now I can understand a defective toner cartridge, but Brother sent me a new cartridge right from their factory and the problem got worse. My thinking is either the drum or the machine is defective but the latest info I have is that they are still looking at the toner cartridges being defective. So each time I have to call Brother customer service I waste 1 to 1.5 hours of my time trying to figure this issue out. In order not to waste any more time on the problem I asked Amazon if they would take the machine back and they were very helpful with a return.

Great buy for the price. Would highly recommend this printer. We now have two. AAAA+
