This is the third one I have ordered. Used the first one for several years, updated with a second one and ordered a third one for my son.

I use 3 hooked up to my 3 motion sensors installed on my 1/4 mile lane. All 3 alarms work great. On in house, one in garage, and one in barn. Batt life is at least one year.

Took a little bit to get sensor set up. First time I ordered it we only got the transmitter. Reached out to Amazon and they had another shipped to me in no time. One thing I wish is that the notification sound would be louder. I have it set at max and is hard to hear in some parts of my house or if TV is on or if making noise doing household chores. We had one of the older versions and the volume was much better. Only been using it about a week, but so far, so good. UPDATE - AFTER ONLY 1 YEAR OF USE IT ONLY WORKS INTERMITTENTLY, EVEN AFTER THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED. VERY SHORT WORKING LIFESPAN.

I already had one sensor but needed to add another one to a different location. They both work great.

I have purchased about every brand out there on the market. But these units are still the best ones I have found workmanship of the seals and gaskets and threaded inserts into the plastic is 10 times better than anything else. Yes they work and no they dont work it all depends on the application where the sensor is placed you can have a real good sensor not work properly by being placed in the wrong spot. And as far as distance it does work pretty far but that depends on what type of structure and where the unit is mounted. Kind of like a cell phone outside works great but in a steel building cell phone may drop calls. As far as battery life extremely excellent for 19 volt battery some of my units are still over a year and a half old on the same 9 volt battery unbelievable actually. The unit is kind of a pain to set up and the chimes that they have are party disappointed but the external options are excellent for the receiver. Wish you could customize the sounds better with your own recordings but hopefully thats in a future product.

This motion sensor makes it easy to tell if someone has entered our driveway. Our living room is towards the back of the house, so we dont always know when someone pulls in. This works well for cars & people! We havent had it long enough to see if deer or other wildlife also set it off, but we are LOVING it!
