Works like it should

This is the receiver you want for a home. The other black receiver is more for businesses. We tried both products and family preferred the options for music (alert tones) rather than the lady voice saying “Zone 1”, “Zone 2”. But over all this brand is excellent. It is replacing an older model which I used for over 10 years.

No issues so far. Receiving signal through a heavily wooded forest 1250 feet away

Easy to install. Entry to our property is a long distance to house. Nice to know when someone is on the way to the house.

This is a great security alarm for a driveway or other venue where advanced alerts are useful.

Look for my related comments on the extra sensors Great Basic system for security and entertainment. We live in the forest so being awakened to Bear breaking into trash trailer so we can minimize damage or the delight of wildlife strolling through, plus the security of knowing if 2 legged animals trespassing adds security.

You have to mount those perfectly level to the area you are monitoring. I wanted to mount them high up because the last ones I had were stolen. I guess they thought they were game cameras. Needless to say I could never get them to work at any angle. Even now with them being level it’s hit or miss weather they go off or not. Very disappointed in this brand now. My old ones and the ones that were stolen which are Dakota Alert work fine.

located approximately 1/4 mile from receiver and no direct line of site but still works very well. The ability to add transmitters to the receiver is also useful.

I bought this as an additional receiver. Had no trouble matching it along with the other receiver to the transmitter. Works as advertised.
