Cant live without it. Its a bit chalky but at least I can eat a bit more variety now!

The individually sealed pills makes this extremely easy to carry when going out to restaurants or traveling, no bottles to carry and I can slip just one in a small purse if I know I’m going to be eating creamy food with my meal. One thing I noticed is that it tends to work better with small quantities of dairy. Not sure where the threshold is, but I noticed that there was one day when I consumed a large amount of cheese throughout the day, my stomach still bothered me. Guess the amount dairy consumption overwhelmed the dosage of the pill.

Let me channel my inner Dr. Oz. This little miracle pill allows people with mild to moderate lactose intolerance enjoy dairy again. All you have to do is drink 1-2 pills (depending on how much dairy and how severely intolerant you are) right before eating dairy and it should work for about 45 minutes. In that time, you can laugh in the face of lactose as you gleefully devour it. Im not sure if it would work for more extremely lactose intolerant people because I dont know anyone who is that bad. But for myself, its great to have dairy back on the menu!

It breaks as soon as my tongue touches it. I’m not sure if this is the product for me, because I’m still destroying restrooms. I do believe it’s good for light dairy, but if you’re like me and love dairy take 2-3.

I really like the product but I feel like sometimes it’s not working. Unless I’m doing it wrong maybe? Lol

These chewable Lactaid pills are easy to chew and work like a dream. It s all a matter of figuring out how many you need for what you are eating. I take up to four eating pizza or ice cream and have no issues with my lactose intolerance at all after doing so. I would recommend this product. Been using it many years already.
