> 3 dayI did not know things like this existed up until recently in my 22 years of life and I am now going to use this for the rest of my life. Now I can eat Ice cream, Pizza, cereal and I dont have to worry about embarrassing side effects with this product. Some more hardcore lactose foods definitely need two pills to have a worry free experience but honestly it is so worth it I cant say enough about it.

> 3 dayUnfortunately sometimes too much dairy and me do not get along. This is a great way to enjoy dairy without needing to rush to the bathroom after eating. These come individual paper squares that are connected in sheets. You just tear off a square and then open it to get one tablet. It makes it quick and easy to use. I dont need to worry about if I am going to eat dairy while out, I can just pop a tablet (or two) as needed. I have seen online you can buy these in a pill bottle form, but I wouldnt want my purse to jingle from the pills rattling in the bottle. Another bonus I can see for guys is since they come in flat sheets you can easily put them in your wallet. This is a great price for these and am happy I got them from amazon.

Greater than one weekGreat for those of us who are lactose intolerant. I use two for a large glass of milk. They pretty much dissolve in your mouth with no discernable taste. I get the Lactaid Fast Act ones.

> 3 dayI have a pretty bad case of lactose intolerance. Even the slightest amount of dairy affects me. Luckily, I am not a huge fan of dairy. But, there are times when I want to enjoy a bowl of ice cream, some pizza, or even a slice of cheese on a sandwich. Also, its amazing how many things have dairy in them without you realizing it. Whenever I know I am going to have dairy, I take Lactaid. It does a great job. It isnt always 100% effective - sometimes, Ill still experience symptoms even after taking it. But, the symptoms arent nearly as bad. I also take Lactaid if I am unsure about a particular food. Because it isnt a drug, I dont mind taking it in the event that I may unknowingly ingest some dairy. If using this, make sure that you take it right before you have dairy. Also, if you will be eating for a little while, take another. I will usually take one every 30 minutes if enjoying a long meal.

20-04-2025This lets me eat stuff that would otherwise make me painfully gassy. Welcome back to my life fresh cheeses, ice cream and whipped cream. Fact: 60% of the world struggles with digesting dairy. Fact: Most cheese are easy to digest for people because cheese is made from the curds that you separate from the whey in milk. The whey has the lactose (which makes it difficult to digest) in it. Also, as cheese ages, whatever lactose is in it, slowly goes away. The more aged the cheese, the easier to digest. Please vote yes or helpful for this review. Thank you!

> 3 dayI’m amazed that they actually work and relieves symptoms if I take it :) I take 2 just to be safe and although one might find it pricey, it doesn’t matter to me since I rarely eat dairy anyways. But when I have my ice cream craving, this is my saviour!!!

> 3 dayI was unaware of my lactose intolerance until a year ago, and since then I learned to avoid or control my consumption of products with dairy. However, with this product, I have begun to consume things like pizza, ice cream, and cheeseburgers with little worry about flatulence. If you are unsure whether or not you have lactose intolerance, then get the smaller pack and try it out. Its a small investment toward a much improved lifestyle. The best thing for a student would be to put one or two in your backpack just in case you are invited to go out to eat after class or work. I still prefer drinking soy milk, but having a coffee with cream or a very cheesy pizza are just some of the finer things in life that should never be avoided. The tablets come in individual packets, so they are easy to carry around. Chew it with your first bite; it is tasteless (read: does not affect the taste of your food at all) and breaks apart very easily with a few good chomps.

> 3 dayA lot of people are leaving 1 star reviews simply because they dont work. If you do some research ahead of time, you will see they just simply dont work for everyone. Its likely not the products fault, its likely you. They do work for me. The pills do, however, taste pretty bad. I guess thats why you are supposed to eat them with your first bite, to dilute the taste. I also think the instructions are lacking. I assume you are supposed to chew them, but I dont know the dairy to pill ratio. I took 4 within the first 36 hours (one with each meal), and I got severe dry mouth and headaches. Since these are literally sugar pills, I guess that would make sense. I probably just over loaded on sugar.
