> 3 dayHaving a sensitive gut due to ulcerative colitis, one of the biggest disappointments was having to cut dairy from my diet. Lactaid, however, has allowed me to starting having my bowls of cereal again! They come in individual wrappers which, while not very environmentally conscious, are very convenient. The individuals are attached on sheets of six that are easy to drop in your bag or pocket and take with you. One, sometimes two, usually is enough to let me have milk or cheese without much consequence. This box from Amazon is also quite a bit cheaper per unit than youd find at most stores, so I usually order a box every month or two. Youll be surprised how often you have that milk and cookies or grilled cheese once you start counting out your Lactaid supply.

> 3 dayI have a pretty bad case of lactose intolerance. Even the slightest amount of dairy affects me. Luckily, I am not a huge fan of dairy. But, there are times when I want to enjoy a bowl of ice cream, some pizza, or even a slice of cheese on a sandwich. Also, its amazing how many things have dairy in them without you realizing it. Whenever I know I am going to have dairy, I take Lactaid. It does a great job. It isnt always 100% effective - sometimes, Ill still experience symptoms even after taking it. But, the symptoms arent nearly as bad. I also take Lactaid if I am unsure about a particular food. Because it isnt a drug, I dont mind taking it in the event that I may unknowingly ingest some dairy. If using this, make sure that you take it right before you have dairy. Also, if you will be eating for a little while, take another. I will usually take one every 30 minutes if enjoying a long meal.

> 3 dayI was diagnosed with diverticulitis by my doctor, but found out later on my own that it was just gas and bloating pain from lactose intolerance. These pills help me enjoy dairy products from time to time. They really help.

Greater than one weekNO RETURNS ALLOWED. Says a lot about a company when they wont let you return a item. Means they know their products is crap and they want that money. Was picking out the one I wanted and this was the one above and I accidently clicked on it. When I looked at arrival date and saw the name and price I was going that wasnt what I ordered. Looked and there it was; my arm jerks with spasms and so it must have jerked enough to move it up to click on it. It isnt memory foam, I have that in other items, it is just hard foam. It smells to High Heaven, stinks, have it on the patio trying to decide what to do with it. It was a pain to get it out of the cover, which was one sign that it wasnt memory foam, it was hard to the touch. There was no print from my finger squishing to get it out, no flexibility, give or anything that memory foam has. Just the hard foam feel that I have used in some craft items. The blanket I folded to sit on was softer than that piece of crap. No return allowed. That right there is another reason I know I ordered it accidently. In cleaning out the I dont want these items I missed it. Now I have wasted $40 for Crap!. Wondering where all those great reviews came from. Read of how a lot of employees in another country are begin bribed to give good reviews, makes you wonder when you see so many reviews of a products that is not what it claims to be. Memory foam my A double S.

> 3 dayThese work well. I always have a hard time digesting dairy, causing me extreme constipation. I have never been “diagnosed” professionally with Lactose Intolerance, but I assume I am. Anyway, these things will clean you out comfortably. Take 2 before or after your meal, no more than 2 pills/day. Within 12 hours you will be passing everything you ate plus some.

Greater than one weekI must have an extreme lactose intolerance allergy because I have to swallow 3 to 4 pills every time I east dairy. It does not act any faster than the regular one. The one thing I dont like is that each pill is individually wrapped. Thats fine if you are taking some out with you. But there should be another version where they are loose in the bottle. But since they dont, Ill just go back to the regular kind.

> 3 dayIve been lactose intolerant since Ive been 33. And the product has improved over the decades I first used it in terms of stability: previously it went bad with an odd smell after a while. Now it is separately wrapped (but expensive). It can be kept in your wallet, coat, desk, etc. for those impulse ice cream or milk or butter/cheese filled products (e.g. pesto, pizza). Not needed for yogurt. I also prefer buying the cheaper bottle of the 1/3 dose in the bottle for home use. The single use caplets are greatly wrapped for airtight. I dont purchase the chewable tablets, which are larger in size. I often bite the tablets, which makes the tablets work more efficiently, and gulp it down with what Im eating (the directions say you just take the tablet whole with the first bite of the dairy food). If you continue to eat a meal with butter, (etc) you have to take additional tablets after 30-45 minutes, since the tablet will be down the intestine and cant handle what new food is there. E.g. if you are having a long cheese dessert, or a pizza party.

> 3 dayThese tablets are the real thing! Ive had so much trouble with generic brands - they simply dont work. These are the only ones Ive found that make me feel great!
