> 3 dayTook 1 litre of whole milk the first day i started using these lactaid caplets and im happy to say that i didnt feel any movements or discomfort in my tummy whatsoever. I realised something was wrong o_o or more or less, right this time. lol I dont remember the last time i took so much milk and had no effects whatsoever. Ive always had bloating, random noises & some kind of weird pain in my tummy, and even diarrhea (when i take too much at a time without much solid food). These caplets have helped me so much so that since i started taking this last month, more than once ive forgotten to take some before having dairy products but ive never had any discomfort whatsoever in any of these instances. I know, o_o I was surprised too. This is just how much this supplement has been of help to me. Ive been really surprised each time i forgot to take dairy with a caplet and i experienced no effects whatsoever. (Maybe its cause i take some almost every day?) well, idk. But im just glad it works :D Only thing i regret is not buying more the first time since its pretty much impossible to get these where i live, but im definitely gonna order more before i ran out soon. I dont know why i didnt find this earlier. Seriously. My life wouldve been a whole lot easier with this. :( Ask me if ill recommend it? Well ive already started recommending this to people i come across every day whove dairy issues! :) Hope it works for them as well as it did me! ^_^

> 3 dayWhy should your bacteria feed on some lactose just so you can fart. Cut it out, us modern humans have a pill for everything I love it. I can drink milk without it but I prefer not to play the tuba sometimes. I also take Beano for the many plant foods that also feed bacteria, but it dont work as well as lactase works for lactose.. and then theres gas from watermelon that only activated charcoal works too prevent and sometimes not even works but I will still eat these foods. I like this version because it doesnt have the sugar alcohol in it!

> 3 dayI am lactose intolerant so dairy and me do not go. It was very annoying since the rest of my family is not so I had to make separate meals and all that annoying moderation. I found out through my doctor that she used these pills and they helped her since she had a sensitive stomach so I decided to try it. I absolutely love it!!!! I have no gas, bloating, OR diarrhea, or stomach pain. Sometimes when I wake up I have some gas but it was nothing compared to before. I ate a meal with dairy without the pill to see if it was working and I was right. The before and after results are beyond belief. If you have a sensitive stomach or are lactose intolerant but love dairy I recommend these pills!!! Very affordable but costco also sells them in bulk so you can get more :) There are also instructions on the back that tells you when to take them and all that. Pills have no taste and are pretty small so no need to worry about a gross taste or having trouble swallowing it.

> 3 dayThis stuff is very effective and quick-acting for those who have an issue with lactose. Even if I take it right after (vs. before) eating something with milk products in works effectively. I generally break them in half, as I dont seem to need the full capsule. Just a note: this is not a caplet you take that is effective for a 24-hour period. It is a fast-acting formula that will need to be taken each time you eat something that could cause a lactose intolerance issue.

> 3 dayThis lets me eat stuff that would otherwise make me painfully gassy. Welcome back to my life fresh cheeses, ice cream and whipped cream. Fact: 60% of the world struggles with digesting dairy. Fact: Most cheese are easy to digest for people because cheese is made from the curds that you separate from the whey in milk. The whey has the lactose (which makes it difficult to digest) in it. Also, as cheese ages, whatever lactose is in it, slowly goes away. The more aged the cheese, the easier to digest. Please vote yes or helpful for this review. Thank you!

> 3 dayThese work well. I always have a hard time digesting dairy, causing me extreme constipation. I have never been “diagnosed” professionally with Lactose Intolerance, but I assume I am. Anyway, these things will clean you out comfortably. Take 2 before or after your meal, no more than 2 pills/day. Within 12 hours you will be passing everything you ate plus some.

> 3 dayThe National Brand of the best working Lactase Tablets - they get the job done--i.e. preventing embarassing dashes for the nearest lavatory, which can be a pain if youre taking the train, particularly as it tends to be rather drafty in there and on cold mornings any trip where one has to run down a long series of connecting cars just to partially disrobe to read a newspaper and pretend thats all you went there for- which allows you to be comfortable and not have to make the weaving sway-bumping into others -as you fairly leap down the cars to the necessary--only to find it occupied - is a good thing to have on hand to use instead- make sure you take it WITH the dairy product - not after and not more than 1 minute before eating ...(heed my advice on this -or- dont say i didnt warn you).
